The location is great! You can see it right out of the metro station. Staff is friendly , room is clean. There is a kitchen, so it's also convenient if you want to cook something.

The floors could have been cleaned much better. There were some chips and dust on the floors. Also the toilet brush was really smelly if you let it open accidentally.

The beds were really nice and clean. The room (we had three people in four people room,dormidory ) was really a good size. In the room was also a very good air conditioning. The customer service was helpful. We also did some laundry and the machine was clean and easy to use. Also the subway goes very near to the hostel and it was really easy to use. We took the two days card for public transportation (15 euros) and used it like 13 times! Very affortable way to explore the city. You can buy cards from the hostel lobby.

Great location, comfy room. You can use the fridge, cooker, oven and microwave in the shared kitchen on the ground floor, but it may be a bit crowded. Parking for 30 EUR/24 hrs is very convenient, just next door, and then you can move around Amsterdam on bikes.

Check-in was so slow and only two staff members handled all of the customer's business, A staff member told me to find an empty bed in a 6-person room, but when I entered the room, I found that all the beds were full. In the end, I've been upgraded to a 4-person room, even though I wasted almost 1 and half houes to finish the check-in process...

The location ia perfect! just 1 minute walk from the nearthest station.

The staff was very strict with checkout timings. If living in a mixed dorm, coordination is required for handling keycards. Our roommates accidentally took our keycard when they checked out, leaving us in a frenzy.

The stay didn't feel like living in a hostel at all. The attached bathroom was super convenient. There was an ample amount of space for our luggage. Access to the kitchen and water filling station was super useful. The premises were clean and tidy. The nearest train station was just a stone's throw away. A giant grocery store was right across the road.

The only problem I had was with guests not respecting each other, but it was definitely a minor one and not the hotel's fault.

I had a 4-bed female dormitory, it had one double-decker and two single beds, and I enjoyed having the single one. There was a box under the bed where I could keep my valuables (and lock with the lock I had with me). The shower was very nice. The kitchen on the ground floor had a big fridge and some possibilities for cooking - I only used it shortly, it could get crowded, but was mostly just people going in and out. I also rented a bike, which went well.

In my room there’s a problem with shower because it makes my bathroom flooding :( And I didn’t understand an idea of locating mirrors like that it’s higher than an extremely tall person

I think it’s one of perfect paces to stay in Amsterdam if you want to get a comfortable place with a flexible connection because of location and you’ve got nota big budget It was clean, smells well, stuff are super friendly and ready to help you

The room had a funny smell, and windows could not be opened. The wifi connection is the room was poor, I could only connect standing next to the door. Other guests are mostly in a "bachelor-party" mood: very noisy and in large groups. Some parts of the room were dusty, and the bathroom had some stains on the floor.

The hotel is located next to Amtel station from where you can reach Centraal in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had a modern feeling with big windows. You get new towels every day.

The drainage in one of our room is clogged so it’s a hassle. Perhaps can improve maintenance checking.

- The staff were not too helpful and quite blunt (seemed very disorganised and not consistent with procedures). - The laundry system is not up to standard. - The lights on the beds didn't work.

- The breakfast was very good. - My roommates were lovely. - Great location for travel as it is right next to a grocery shop, fast food options and a sprinter train station.

No air conditioning so I really struggled to sleep one night when it was warm. There is only one place to fill up your water on the ground floor and the rooms are a lot smaller than the pictures display - there was barely a fingers width between the two single beds.

Easy check-in, nice hot shower and lovely breakfast. Right near the metro so good location. Overall, good value for money.

Very near to Amstel Amsterdam station . Can get metro from Amsterdam central. Be ware of 11% of tourist tax of your booking in Amsterdam during arrival Apart from it .. staff was helpful and room is comfortable for family. 2 bunk beds and two single beds for four people.

I don't know if it's an Amsterdam thing, but to me, this was too expensive for a hostel.

Everything was nice, from the helpful staff to the accomodation. It was extra convenient to be right next to the bus and train station, and to have a 24h check-in/check-out.
