Nothing really - Maybe a few more vegetarian/vegan options on the menu and/or a note if the meals are gluten free or not would be an idea.

Great location, close to the train station, ferries and other public transport which is not notable noise wise. After a busy day, you can really switch of in the room on the comfy settee, with a nice coffee from the in room nespresso machine and enjoy the stunning views from the almost panoramic window, beautiful at day & night. Outstandingly clean throughout. Decent variety of breakfast, always fresh and a nice location, able to find the right table for any occasion - in a quite corner by the window for a relaxed start, or meeting a group of people on a bigger table - it is all there. I would alos love to point out the staff - always polite, forthcoming, nothing is too much of an ask. Different staff than on my previous stay - same excellence.

My suitcase handle was broken by the porter and I ahd to replace it to travel back to Australia.

The beddings fabric was probably synthetic instead of cotton.

The view from the 19th floor are very nice. The hotel has a gym, which is pretty basic (mainly cardio machines, max dumbbell weight 10kg) but can work for a short stay. Buffet breakfast was very nice with a wide range of products and fresh eggs made on request.

The heating controls were a little weird, I prefer when you can just set a temperature to your liking but this way it always seemed too cold

I had food in the restaurant, I was impressed with the quality of the food because usually hotel food are not good which was not the case with this hotel. I booked to have massage and use the facility, the massage was good just what I needed. Thank you to the lovely lady.

Our mini fridge didn't cool, we notified the front desk the first day and they sent someone to look at it and they said it would be replaced. It was never replaced despite asking for it to be serviced again. When we checked out they seemed annoyed that I brought it up. We would have liked to have cool drinks. We understand not everything always goes to plan so we improvised. Otherwise the stay was wonderful and we would come back.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of our mini fridge. Rooms were clean, the toiletries were amazing, location was great for walking to major attractions. Staff was wonderful, restaurant and BREAKFAST were perfect! The Breakfast is not to be missed. Beds are comfortable and if you are lucky enough to get the top floor the view of the city at night is beautiful.

Staff is very slow for check in.

Almost everything. Room was super comfy, the view was mind blowing. Loved it. Only thing I was a bit pissed was the staff for check in: 15 min to do my check in at the desk.

We had just arrived from an overnight flight and was hoping to check in early. We understand check in was at 3 but we checked back at the hotel multiple times and the rooms weren't still ready. It's not really the hotel's issue but it would have been nice to get into the room after a long flight.

The location to the central train station was great as you could walk to it from the hotel. The room was modern and we enjoyed the warm floors as it was cold. We had a great view of the New Years Eve fireworks. Mohammad was excelent once we finallly got our rooms to check in our large group.
