The beds could've been more comfortable and there was no bike garage which would've been nice. The AC was functional, but was not great, the room got stuffy some nights.

The location was very good for our needs. It is a bit of a walk to the city center, which we do not mind, but would not be good if you do not enjoy walking.

The check-in hour was very strict. We had to wait exactly until 15:00 to be able to check-in although we had a 1-year-old baby with us. The shower room is a walk-in shower with a fixed half glass panel, which makes taking shower very uncomfortable because the water from the shower splashes outside and makes a total mess. I know, it is an intentionally bad design to prevent guests from using the shower for too long, but I don't think a four-star hotel should do it.

The view was amazing, one could see the cruise ship right from the window. The location is awesome, just 15 mins walk from the historical city center. The rooms were clean and the facilities, such as the sauna is very nice. The provided baby bed was also nice and comfy. The staff was also mostly quite nice and helpful.

Check in/check out was slow. A little closer to city centre would have been nice, especially as the weather was a bit up and down.

A nice efficient Swiss hotel 15 minutes from City centre. The staff were friendly and laid back, the rooms clean and comfy. The bar on ground floor was relaxing and sold nice food.

There were quite a few groups and conferences at the hotel, so the service suffered a little. The room was not available until later in the day for check in, but they were able to hold our baggage. It also took us a long time to get served at the restaurant (even though we sat at the bar as it was the only place available).

The breakfast was good and it included hot options such as omelete station and mini pancackes. The location was really great for our purposes. It had a tram station within walking distance and it was only one tram stop from the Central Station. The view of the room was spectacular. Room service was also quick and the food was good.

Breakfast was the most expensive that we have ever encountered, especially as we eat a light breakfast.

Excellent location for connecting to the Viking cruise ships Thank goodness for the light breakfast that was available in the bar.

Value for money, breakfast trays sitting out in the hallway until mid afternoon. Room was nice and clean but nothing to rave about. €50 a night deposit taken for mini bar which was empty from the start.

Several of the employees were not especially welcoming or friendly. When we arrived after our cruise we went to the person at the front desk who never smiled and was not friendly. She simply told us to come back at 3pm. We were aware of this and had to ask if they would store our luggage(which we already had read that they would do) The concierge who stored our luggage was not friendly or welcoming either. Another thing that I didnt like was that I never received a detailed receipt listing the charges to the room.

We liked the room. It was very clean, spacious and had a good view. Did not like the pillows but the bed was comfortable.

Deposit for room is requested, but its return to virtual card (ApplePay - the same which was used for deposit payment) was complicated and lasted two weeks, not 2-3 days as they say you during check-in...

Restaurant was very unorganised. If your going to take orders without writing anything down, it is essential staff have a very good memory. We only ate in the restaurant on the first night the waiter took our order by memory , then he must have forgot most thinks that we ordered as we spent the whole evening asking for things. They were just as unorganised in the bar down stairs, there was plenty staff but clueless.

Location was good. Very clean, nice staff. Good shower. Spacious room with good view. Reception staff and housekeeping were excellent.

I tried to call reception and the consierge more then 5 times each to have someone clean my room and no one answered. I called every number and no one answered. I finally called 9 for emergency to ask how to reach the front desk. A lady answered, asked if it was an emergency, then hung up on me. I hunted down a housekepper in the hallway who was very nice and did clean my room.

Housekeeping and bar staff are very nice.and attentive.

The only thing I would change is the pillows in the beds. Only given one flattish European pillow. Would have like the choice of a flat and and firmer pillow and prefer a standard pillow. Suggest reintroduce a shuttle pick up from close to central station. A bit of a walk from central station with suitcases and even tram stop close to hotel a bit difficult to travel from with suitcases.

Lovely view over the river to watch river tradition. Close to central station to walk trains, buses, trams and ferries come and go. View over city. Good breakfast options and restaurant nice selection of well cooked food. Rooms comfortable and reasonably sized. Appreciated under tile heating in the bathroom. Good storage areas in the room
