Our room was rather small and faced on to the road and was rather noisy. very sparsely furnished- no wardrobe, comfortable chair or even a luggage stand. This was a delayed booking from 2020 due to cover and the rate for 2 nights increased from £683 to £ 1006- the room definitely wasn't good value.

Hotel was in good location, easily accessible by foot. Breakfast, very good- buffet style with good selection. we ate in the restaurant one evening and food was good.

breakfast wasn’t great. also the rooms had some strange set ups. we had to go down stairs in our room to a bathroom and it had saloon style doors separating the bedroom and bathroom so privacy was minimal. also no wardrobe space and given two hangers

While I expected a bit of an increase in price due to the events in the centre doubling the price compared with other times in the year is a bit much With window frames do not appear to have been cleaned for some time The room was on the ground floor and suffered with traffic noise at busy times

The staff were very helpful and friendly The main room and restaurant were very clean and comfortable The breakfast was well cooked and a great selection We were able to leave our bags after checking out to spent more time in the centre before leaving for home The hotel was very well situated for the town centre

I thought the House Keeping was extremely inefficient and very slow. My room, on my first night was not cleaned the following day. The house keeping staff took all day to do my room, and were still busy at 5pm- 6pm most afternoons. This was very inconvenient as I was wanting to relax in the room during the day.

Fantastic location, beautiful old hotel! The staff at reception were very accommodating and very efficient. I really enjoyed the second room I was given ,it had lovely big windows looking out onto the street below.

The noise nuisance of the student café just across the street, opposite of our room. The cafe door stayed open frequently, until 2-3 AM in the night, so the inside loud music woke me up several times. And loud drunk people hanging by the door. If managed right by a right door policy (double doors, and not letting students hang around on the outside), that could easily resolve the problem. Hopefully the hotel will take some measures to prevent this from happening again.

Just one issue. When at check-out we agreed to send the invoice by email, I mentioned my email address and asked for a final check of this address because the receptionist did not seem to pay full attention when entering it into the system. According to the receptionist, however, she got it right without the need of another check. Later, when I still hadn't received the invoice, I contacted the hotel to inquire about the status. Then it turned out that a wrong email address had been entered into the system.

In general it is a nice hotel, conveniently located in the centre of Maastricht.

Not being able to get a table for dinner at the hotel Bed was a bit too soft, almost like a waterbed, but not uncomfortable.

The room was small. The bed was as long as the room and therefore there was no space to walk to the other side of the room, only by climbing on the bed .

Unfortunately, no room service available, even though they advertise with it. The room I had was very dark, maybe because it was the back of the hotel, and there was some noise of people just walking in their rooms above or below you, so not a great option if you're sensitive to that.

Great location, right in the center of Maastricht. The staff was incredibly friendly and I even got a small room upgrade upon arrival without asking for it! The room itself was visibly recently cleaned and nice and spacious.

Don't understand the previous reviews. The room is small but larger than most in Paris and for sure NYC. Especially at this price. The hotel and room is a steal for the pricepoint! The room is clean and the bed is far more cozy than other hotels in Maastricht. Breakfast was great and the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly
