A little expensive because we could not get a room for 3 people and had to get 2 rooms. Rooms are small compared to the U.S. but appropriate for Europe.

Really cute hotel with great central location, close to Rotterdam Blaak for easy traveling! Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. Beds were comfortable and we liked the breakfast, it's on the more expensive side (about $17) but it is comparable to brunch in the area.

To small. The tables were not adecuate to have breakfast; to low tables and chair not ergonomic at all to have any meal. It is more like a lounge setup. Perhaps for chilling bar as it is a rooftop. Not really business place. It was not posible to order omelette and only boiled egg in the buffet. As well not a wide selection or choices possible. At least this should or can improve!

Very clean, nice standard hotel room. Our room had a very nice outside view. Many restsurants & shops close by. Friedly stuff. We have not managed to go to the roof terrasse, but would recommend to go. We left our luggage at the reception.

No kettle in the room. Besides hair/body wash and hand wash, it would have been great to provide body lotion, shower cap and cotton buds too.

Great location. Very comfy bed. Clean and modern interior. Power shower. Starbucks and other cafes nearby for breakfast. Friendly staff. Market Hall just 5 mins walk away.

Sadly, my wife wouldn't have liked the room, no dressing table to faff about for an hour, or hairdryer, no ☕️ or thee facilities in the room would have been somewhat of a negative. The very limited clothing hanging space is only sufficient for a day or maybe two. I, on this occasion travelled alone and have less hangups about these minor points. The question, would I stay here again, yes I would but only on my own I guess. I would like to add that most people would probably consider to simply overlook these minor points . Personal opinions differ greatly and this one is just that.

Breakfast is good but at €16 for a continetal breakfast is probably a little steep. Still, the coffee is great and the various bread rolls freshly baked. The room, albeit smallish, was spotlessly clean. Great bed, great pillows and very comfortable. The room sound proofing was great. I guess I was lucky to have a corner room somewhat away from the corridor that made it extra quiet. The lounge on the fifth floor is quirky with a great ambiance. The lounge also doubles as the breakfast room. The location is great too, infact walking distance to almost everywhere within minutes.

There will very little room between the end of the bed and the window - especially as the TV was there on a stand too - was fine for me as I am not very big! But might be an issue for some.

Amazing location for breakfast - a roof top terrace and lovely layout inside as well. Great selection of food and coffees. Rooms are comfortable and good sized bathrooms, very comfortable bed.

only thing that didn't work was the soap dispenser in the shower (almost empty and the pump did function). it's not a big deal, but it was the only flaw in an otherwise perfect room.

To add to the experience, adding a single serve coffee/tea service in the room would be a plus. Also a small bar fridge would enhance the room .

Over done rooftop bar lighting decor is just annoying - you can’t see the bar staff! It’s not really designed to be a bar. If promoting as a gin bar (as this one does) train the bar team in mixing the correct gin based cocktails and knowing the difference.

Very good hotels on the whole - we’ve stayed with them a few times. Good location fit out etc. At this one rooms seem slightly smaller.

It’s in the middle of the city center, but inside it’s nice and quite. In our room there was no noise from outside (we had an inside patio room). It’s compact but very comfortable and hip so we had a very pleasant stay.

Can get a little warm during the day as the room was a corner room where the walls were essentially all windows. No in room fridge, was a bit tough to stock food items for late night snacks

Great place to stay, very friendly, helpful staff, good sized rooms and lovely roof top bar. Great location in the heart of Rotterdam and also close to public transport if one wants to explore the environs. All and all very good value for money particularly given how central it is. Would highly recommend it.
