We arrived with heavy luggage. As there were steps up to reception we requested on the intercom that the disabled lift at the entrance be sent down for us. A staff member told us it was not working but there was no offer to assist us. We struggled up the steps with three heavy cases.

The hotel location was pleasant and quiet. Staff were generally very helpful. My husband was particularly pleased with the daily chocolate hour which was areal treat.

the rooms were dusted quite poorly before our arrival. there were cobwebs around the edges of the ceiling. the bathroom was still wet when we arrived for some reason. however, neither of these things ruined our stay! we really enjoyed it.

rooms were small but efficient, theres a sofa for just having a seat and a table for whatever it is you want to do. beds were very comfortable, sheets are a bit thin though, personally i like snuggling under a fat blanket. shower was also really good and comfortable! staff is very friendly. would definitely recommend!

The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my arrival time and my car pickup time . Couldn't have asked for more. Very pleased. It made such a difference to me as I was travelling alone . Excellent communication. I felt like a valued customer.

Probably didn’t like being charged 25 euro per day to park car. Felt the price of hotel was top end compared with others so could have been complimentary.

Each morning I was greeted with a lovely smile from the same lady who served us in the bar. She new our drinks and what we liked generally. This was my second stay here this year, the location is superb, rooms so comfortable and love staying there

Did not like check out, received the wrong final bill from someone else and no apologies whatsoever from the front desk person. Wasn’t very friendly either.

The hotel was located very well. Check in was super friendly and quick. Our highlight was Pilvi she was responsible for the breakfast area and soooooo sweet and attentive. She made us very welcome and special. She always greeted us with a smile on the morning and even came out to say goodbye when we we’re leaving to go back home. Such a lovely person!!!!!

It's a lovely, comfortable hotel, on an amazing location. Staff is very nice and professional. It's very nicely designed interior, with a great touch of the dutch culture. Food is very good, and wine chart is very interesting.

I find the reception/customer service needs improvement. There is no one in the check-in but I have to wait for around 15 - 20 mins before I can check-in as the front desk was busy with some paper works.

The room was stylish and spacious, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and well equipped.
