Window facing an office building, cery close. Also, no water or coffee or tea in the room - would have been appreciated. Waiting time in reception could be improved.

The shower was inconsistent. Sometimes the water got really hot in the middle of the shower.

The hotel is very near the station and there are a lot of restaurants and stores around. Also, the hotel had a coffee machine in the lobby to use for free. The room was confortable and clean.

could have done with more coathangers in the room (only 3 provided). Staff didn't tell us we could get tea and coffee for free so we missed not having a kettle in the room until, on the third day, we found out we could get tea/coffee downstairs

Would have liked to see more environmental sustainability practices - eg less single use products at breakfast, access to recycling bins at breakfast and right through the hotel. Would also have liked tea & coffee facilities in my room, especially for the price per night.

Nothing, everything was outstanding.

That's one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at so far. The staff is really friendly: they explain everything we need to know without asking too many unnecessary questions. They are always ready to help with anything we might need, and there is nothing else to say, really, except how friendly and helpful the staff is. The room is just what we expected: spacious, clean, and with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, as we arrived by train and the main train station is only 5-7 minutes away from the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers pizza delivery 24/7, which was delicious. At the bar, we could grab a free tee while we waited for transport. On the day we were leaving, we had to wait for our train for 3 hours, but it was nice to spend time at the hotel while we waited. There is also a free toilet next to the reception for guests who need to wait for their next transport, like us, if we need it.

Taxi arrangement: I worked with one of your representatives who secured a taxi for me at a rate of $79 Euros, which she was able to negotiate from $100 Euros. This was great, as I originally ordered a UBER for $71 Euros. She convinced me the taxi was much more reliable Once my driver got me to the airport he charged me $152 Euros- which was close to double of what I was quoted by the hotel rep. I totally felt taken advantage of. He said that I was incorrect and that maybe another taxi was suppose to be for me, but he had my name, so I don’t know how that would be. It took 1/2 hour and he wanted to charge me $152 euros. I was appalled.

I had a wonderful experience. The only major issue I had was taken by the taxi. He charged me double - to what the front desk told me he quoted them at. They gave me a quote of 79 Euros and he charged me 152 Euros

The room was a bit noisy pointing to tram, was one of the first floors. But most importantly the doors and the corridor was very very noisy, you could here always when someone was opening or closing the doors or their room a bit distributing.

The style of the hotel is cool and the location is between the old town and the train station quite convinient.

The complimentary cocktail 🍸 was not so nice, perhaps a complimentary drink or choice would be a nice touch.

The staff were friendly and helpful, peaceful clean bedroom with a comfy bed. Excellent shower. Bar area with games to play with friends.
