We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandAfter a week in a big city, it was lovely to unwind and have a rest at Mr. Jigs, Venlo. We enjoyed lounging in the Cocktail & drinks Cafe. The variety of Easter cocktails were delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was a lovely size and comfy. The city had an Easter Egg Walk( Eierloop) and everyone was out having fun. Mr. Jigs also has a late checkout option and that is exactly what we did and then took a bottle of their signature Gin Mr. Jigs home with us.

United KingdomA lovely hotal with great design. There are free croissants and fruit for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is well located near the the train station and in a good area for walking. Venlo is a very pleasant town. I can recommend hiring electric bikes from the Tourist Information and visting Maastricht, a very elegant city.

Good location, and simple breakfast. the WIFI works. The room is very basics with the nessasary amennities. The locaiton is very close to city center and the train station (5 min).

The breakfast was good, but it could be better more options like a sandwich with ham or ham and cheese or with boiled egg. I liked the AI that communicates with you through whatsapp for whatever info you want.
