The lift was very slow and we had a small narrow staircase to navigate to get to our room with large suitcases is the only small issue we had but the room was fantastic

The bed was too small for us and no room on one side of the bed.

Location and the air conditioning. We were given a canal view room. And a down stairs coffee machine was great.

The laundry services were adequate but the machines were a little old.

The service at this hotel was far and above our expectations. friendly greetings, Free Tea, Coffee and sometimes soft drinks and cook treats were everywhere. the bookshelf, polaroids, and hangout space made this place feel unique and distinctly "Amsterdam". I would highly recommend this place.

As a solo traveler, the location was perfect. The Jordaan area is clean, feels super safe & relaxed. The hotel itself was so well presented, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations of places to eat etc. I was upgraded to a twin room, for no charge, so the extra space was very welcome. All in all an amazing experience and would go back again!

Mr.Jordaan is in an old canal house on a quiet street and a lovely canal. My room, at the top of the house, had a large casement window overlooking the canal. Everything was wonderful—the house and decor are simple and charming, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast has many delicious and healthy options, the location at the edge of the Jordaan and the Nine Streets is perfect, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to be there.

The lift didn’t work and we were 6 floors up. Breakfast was almost Jon existent by the time we got to the dining room at 9am everything was gone each morning.

Honestly very nice place.

It was in the amazing Jordaan neighborhood tucked away and did not look like a hotel. The staff is filled with some of the nicest, professional and accommodating people ever! And I am so picky!!! They have endless amount of free coffee - all kinds!!! Delicious too! The place is beautiful and clean!! Near all the canals!

The hotel is kept very clean but it is an older building. If you need state of the art accommodations then this might not be the place for you. But this hotel really was great so I recommend to all.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. They really are the reason I gave such a high rating as it's hard to find great customer service these days. And this hotel has a lot of special touches that made me feel welcome and special.
