Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PortugalThe only negative part is the parking, they could have a parking space or at least a paid valet in the hotel. There is no place to park near the hotel and the public parking was not always opened.
The location is very good, in the middle of the city center and also very near to the Eindhoven Central Station. The staff is very well prepared and polite all the time. The room is nice and the breakfast is also nice! Very good experience .

United StatesThe only big fault I found with this hotel is the bathroom layout. The space is extremely small. I'm a small person and found it annoying the toilet sits on top of the sink.
The hotel is located in a great proximity to the train station,restaurants and shopping. Very welcoming staff from check in to the bartender at the Sky bar.

RomaniaWe booked the premium room, with city view. In the photos the room had 2 walls made out of glass and also it was on the upper floors. We also selected the preferance for a double bed as I remeber when we booked. Also in all of the places that I’ve stayed city view means a room on the upper floors with a view of the city, being that it costs extra. The room was looking nothing like the pictures, it only had normal big windows on one wall, the bed was 2 twin beds pushed near neach other, and it was I think on the third floor, having a building right in front of it, so there was no view. When we discussed these issues at the reception they said that only some premium rooms look like in that photo with glass walls, and city view means that the room is in front of the building which is insane. I was paying more to be in front where the people from the building in front could see me all the time.
The location was amazing, it was near the city center and near the station. The room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable.
