The only negative part is the parking, they could have a parking space or at least a paid valet in the hotel. There is no place to park near the hotel and the public parking was not always opened.

The location is very good, in the middle of the city center and also very near to the Eindhoven Central Station. The staff is very well prepared and polite all the time. The room is nice and the breakfast is also nice! Very good experience .

I used the fire stairs some times for being active. The stairwas was not clean unfortunately.

Room was very good and nicely decorated, breakfast was perfect, especially the Cappuccino. The location was very practical, near to the central station.

Great hotel, with good facilities and very modern rooms. The location is great very close to the train station and the pedestrian area. The breakfast on the top floor with the view of the city is also an added bonus.

The description of conditions stated that the hotel had a parking lot. Upon our arrival there was no parking. From this we had to go to look for a free parking lot and not for all the money.

The only big fault I found with this hotel is the bathroom layout. The space is extremely small. I'm a small person and found it annoying the toilet sits on top of the sink.

The hotel is located in a great proximity to the train station,restaurants and shopping. Very welcoming staff from check in to the bartender at the Sky bar.

We booked the premium room, with city view. In the photos the room had 2 walls made out of glass and also it was on the upper floors. We also selected the preferance for a double bed as I remeber when we booked. Also in all of the places that I’ve stayed city view means a room on the upper floors with a view of the city, being that it costs extra. The room was looking nothing like the pictures, it only had normal big windows on one wall, the bed was 2 twin beds pushed near neach other, and it was I think on the third floor, having a building right in front of it, so there was no view. When we discussed these issues at the reception they said that only some premium rooms look like in that photo with glass walls, and city view means that the room is in front of the building which is insane. I was paying more to be in front where the people from the building in front could see me all the time.

The location was amazing, it was near the city center and near the station. The room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable.
