The open plan bathroom was unusual!! You need to know whoever you are sharing with very well. Fine if you aren’t needing a lot of privacy Holland is a country of very tall people and I had to get into the bath to turn on the shower as fixed screen meant I couldn’t reach !!! A taller person with longer arms designed this. Also a non slip bath mat and a handrail are needed for safety

Fabulous hotel in a great location right opposite the metro. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and lasted till 12 on weekends Staff all very helpful

The room just somewhat seems a bit unclean, dusty, finger print, with worn furniture, but acceptable.

Remember to enter the parking with a ticket and not directly with your own credit card... The hotel cannot reimburse you from your credit card but only with the parking garage ticket. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We came with a dog and were very much welcomed. The location is good and within walking distance to the city over the famous Rotterdam Bridge.

The sleek and modern design of the hotel created a stylish atmosphere that was both inviting and comfortable. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted breathtaking views of the city skyline. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right in the heart of Rotterdam with easy access to popular attractions and transportation options. Overall, my stay at the nHow hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rotterdam.

The room was a bit ‘form over function’: there was no place to hang your towels for example. The shower was also a bit weak and you could hear the noise from the tram on the bridge (we were on the 13th floor).

The bed was very comfortable and the views were amazing. The breakfast was also pretty good although there not many warm options.

You can see that its already some years old. Some of the rooms / furniture / bathroom has signs of wear.

The room itself is outdated., The only reason why you should pay 240 euro for a room is its view.

The staff is fore sure one of the strongest parts of this hotel., as well as the location. The room with "the view" is something to try.

Maybe a little smaller room and a strange arrangement of doors in the bathroom where the toilet does not have its own door, which is a little annoying.

The A/C was a bit too much. Tried increasing temperature & lowering fan speed but didn't seem to do much so room was quite cold and air dry. Woke up with a sore throat.

Only stayed one night but it was a really nice room with great view out to the water and city. Morning sunrise through the window. Lobby is pretty nice and inviting. Would recommend and stay here again

This hotel tends to be overcrowded a lot of the time - it's a huge building with only one breakfast room which led to people waiting in line to have breakfast or even be turned back because everything was full. Also there are just three elevators for the whole hotel, so waiting times are almost always a problem. When we were checking in, we had to wait in line for about half an hour, but I have to mention that the staff was very friendly, offering us drinks while we were waiting. For a hotel in such a price range, we were very disappointed to find that our bathroom looked very old and worn off, but this was not the worst part. Be very careful if you're traveling with someone you don't know well or just generally feel uncomfortable around, because the shower and toilet are right there next to the bed, there isn't a "real" door for the toilet, and the whole bathroom is just completely see-through. I understand that one can take a shower and look at the beautiful bridge and view, but there is just absolutely no privacy in this room.

We had a wonderful room overlooking the Erasmus Bridge, the views were spectacular. The breakfast was very interesting and yummy, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff is very friendly for the most part, and the room service is also great.
