We were surprised with a room upgrade, which included a king-sized bed and a balcomy overlooking the river. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good.

I found garbage under the bed (empty bottle and used tissues). which prompted me to further check the cleanliness and there was a lot of dust. There are places where, unfortunately, no one has cleaned for a long time.

I think the room was kind of 'bare'. No art or pictures on the walls at all. There was a nice Happy New Year's note on our bed though, and some goodies.

The dinner and the breakfast were really awesome. The waiters were all extremely friendly and the food was tasty and fresh. Being gluten intolerant myself, eating out can be challenging, but they had a menu with all allergens mentioned next to all the dishes. They also offered to make changes to a dish, so I could have it anyhow. Same for breakfast-- the waitress spontaneously offered to bring me gluten free bread, which was also the tastiest gluten free bread I have ever had. They also had the best gluten free granola. The view of the river at breakfast is just perfect!

Nice comfortable hotel with large, quiet room overlooking the river and flood plain. Delicious breakfast. Free parking. Handy for the Museum Arnhem and a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre.

The room was spacious enough and clean. The room was well isolated in terms of noises from neighbour rooms and the view was fantastic. Enough public parking space as indicated in the booking.com website.

A drain in the sink was a bit clogged, which caused water overflow even for a medium stream

Last stayed here in the 1990’s. The bathroom is exactly the same as it was then. The parking area is extremely dangerous if you do not reverse in you risk an accident with cyclists as their lane adjoins the road and car park area.

Nothing really. I was misinformed about there being a money machine at the station but it had recently been closed so I don't blame the staff member for not being up to date with that

The restaurant or room service was not available for evening meals during our stay. We had been informed of the restaurant non-availability on various dates but only after booking. The restaurant appeared to be out of bound due to group bookings for coach arrival guests. There was a nice bistro only 10 minutes walk away.

Great room with lovely view over the river. Breakfast was very varied and very enjoyable with views over the river. The hotel was only about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Arnhem

The shower gel bottle was empty, the shower curtain was not especially hygienic (might have been just old) and there were only 1x wine glass, 1x beer glass (we were with 2). Not really problems (we could have called the reception and I'm sure they would have helped us). Just a remark 😊

Everything was great! Especially the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpfull. The lift was broken for a few hours and they insisted helping us up with our stuff. The view of the river is amazing! Great balcony to sit and have a drink. Pet friendly ❤
