there was no fridge in the room, and due to being green the hot water was not very hot.

Room was big, beds were nice, we had a lake vieuw room and that was really nice.

Amazing location for a weekend with dogs!

Breakfast had almost 0 vegan options. It would be great if they offered at least 2 options. There was no allergy info available. The TV had very few channels and was relative small.

The hotel is located next to a beautiful lake and the forst is within easy reach. We could take the dog with us and could have very nice walks with her in the area. The bar and restaurant were very nice. The room was comfortable, sadly we could not book the suite with the dog but the comfort room was okay also. The bed was also fine to sleep in.

A nice, friendly (for dogs) hotel. Excellent location for exploring Northern Netherlands. Perfect view across the lake for sunset. Recommend the restaurant if you don't want to go further afield.

I love my bed at home, so the bed wasn't as good in comparison. I didn't like that the shower was so close to the toilet. You needed to mind your head with getting up off the toilet.

I was met with a friendly staff member upon arrival. The room was pretty and a decent size. I had a view of the lake, which was definitely a bonus.

When there is a lot of wind, the windows are not insulated enough and let a lot a noise pass in the room. The housekeeping did 2/3 of our room.

The location is excellent and very relaxing. A great gateway. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was good.

Good breakfast but I wish there was more choice of cereals as only granola is offered.

Location is lovely being right next to the Veluwemeer Lake which could be likened to a nature reserve. Breakfast is good and the staff very friendly.

Being so close to the motorway meant the area around the hotel feel a little less nice than it could have been, however it's ease of access from the motorway was why we chose the hotel and the rooms are well protected against the noise.

The rooms were well sound proofed and quiet both from outside noise and also neighboring rooms, very good for traveling with you dog with a very nice welcome pack (costs extra).The staff were super friendly and helpful

From price/quality point of view this was very good and nothing was missing.

The rooms are very good sized, clean and comfortabele. Staff was friendly. Also the location was very quit at the side of a lake. Lots a free parking space and close to a small harbor (short walk option). And of course very close by car towards the small cities Amersfoort/Harderwijk.

The mattress in our room was uncomfortable, and we didn't have the best sleep.

The location and the view from the dining area is fantastic, and would be a great place to stay especially in Summer

The menu choice and the quality of the food wasn't good. There was only one meat dish on the menu and one fish starter which was not freshly made. It's great to have so many vegan and vegetarian options but there should also be some more meat / fish choices. The bread side dish was at the expensive side.

We really liked the location, it's great for long walks and just to relax. The room was nice and spacious, with lake view and a terrace. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Nice option to stay in a calm place far from city. Large parking and EV chargers available. Rooms are well maintained, beds are comfortable. Heating and air conditioning working. Reasonable price. Awesome waterfront for walking or resting.

For the money it’s a shame it didn’t have a pool, but everything else we loved.

Beautiful location: next to the water, 1 min from the highway, but you cannot here that. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Dinner location by the water is also beautiful.

The hotel is located right by the lake, offering a magnificent view from the restaurant and bar. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The food was excellent, and the cocktails at the bar, accompanied by chilled music from a DJ, provided a perfect way to end our day. Additionally, they provided a lockable shed for our bicycles.

We choose this hotel to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. In the reservation i put this information requesting maybe a upgrade. We got a email back saying that maximum that they could do was 35 euros heart balloon and champagne in the room because they were very full this day..... On check in time i found very cold not even congratulations to us or nothing. I understand you could not give upgrade but not even a simple congratulations. Fine we got a package that included dinner as wel. We could not find that information at the website wich menu was.... The menu was very poorly that we could choose. For main course we could choose fish or pork. * i dont eat any of this* So i asked Iris our waitress she said i could change them for a burger with french fries.... I did.... the worst hamburger of my life. Another woman was also complaining about the hamburger next to our table. We talked to Iris and said how disappointing our day in that hotel was going. That from all the hotels we choose there bcs was in a nice location by Veluwe... She completely took charge of it and try to make us happy surprising us with one very nice congratulations on your jubileum with some desserts. My impression of the hotel was not very good. If was not bcs of her i dont come back to this place. All the personnel we had contact was not very nice. I know what i am saying bcs first i worked 10 years at marriot hotel and i have plenty experience of horeca en hotel management. Definitely need more eyes for pleasing customer in this hotel.

I like Iris from the restaurant that could knowledge the problem we had with our food. And with the surprise dessert for our 10th wedding anniversary. She took control and fix the problem and made sure we left happy that day.
