The breakfast is too expensive in my view. The rooms are not cheap, so this adds up, together with parking tariffs, to a somewhat higher cost per day as one would expect. This is Noordwijk, not Amsterdam or the Hague. Having said that: it is complaining at a high level as overall things are very good.

Our room was uncomfortably warm, even though it was cold outside. The thermostat said the room was 25 degrees all night. This is not ideal, especially with a small baby. We tried to bring it down, but you can only adjust it 3 degrees either way, which didn't make a difference at all. And also a small note on the staff, who were friendly and greeted us all the time. But it didn't feel genuine or warm. You then feel obliged to greet them back and it's just feels like a bit of a chore after a while. Very nitpicky, sorry! Otherwise we did enjoy our stay.

The room was nice and spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The bed was big and comfortable and the breakfast was really good with lots of choice. We also liked the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was very convenient. The play area for kids was an extra bonus, as it kept our 1 year old entertained for a good while. The hotel is close to the beach with many nice restaurants in the area. The underground parking was also ideal for us.

The only issue was the noise from the neighbouring room. There are doors between rooms which allow to connect the rooms if needed. These doors are poorly soundproofed, so you can hear the TV and other sounds from the other room. Other than that, the hotel was quiet. Parking is a bit expensive.

Comfortable very large room. Perfectly clean. Tea/coffee/fridge in the room and excellent wifi. The hotel is very close to the beach, my room even had some sea view. Very good breakfast (served early too), although a bit expensive.

Although this is clearly a ‘corporate’ hotel that welcomes conferences etc, staying as a private guest was still a lovely experience. staff were very welcoming, the food was gorgeous and everything was kept very clean. the small spa/pool area was an added bonus and well used after walking the wonderful coastline each day.

The rooms really need an update. I could not plugg in my charger by the bed withot unplugging the bedside table lamp. This is really outdated. The decor is outdated too.

The location is nice. Close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated.

Celebrated our 8 years anniversary there, we were pleasantly surprised to have upgraded our room to a higher category. We also found chocolate, roses and welcome gifts upon entering the room. Reception and housekeeping also helped and sent us back to Luxembourg our forgotten bag, a very prompt action from their side was taken. Thank you very much!

Sports facilities have limited opening hours. Airco did not work. Staff solved this, but after two requests.

Large rooms, comfy beds, good showers. Balcony with view on the sea. Friendly staff. Located close to the sea.

Didnt get a nice view, but that was because the Hotel was busy. Getting assistance with bags was not great as I had to get a trolley myself to cart our bags to and from our from our room at check in and check out. Staff mentioned that they were understaffed. No room service for meals but could borrow plates and utensils from the restaurant if we ordered from delivery services.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located walking distance from shopping streets and the beach front. Room was comfortable for a small family.
