We stayed one night at the hotel in room 306, which overlooks the street. Although the room overlooks the street, it is quiet, and we were not disturbed by noise. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom had a bath, and I took the opportunity to have a bath, my first in a long time - wonderful and relaxing as we have a shower at home. With any hotel, the staff is at the front of everything, and the staff that we met, from the front of the house to others, were great ambassadors for the hotel. All were welcoming, friendly, and professional at all times. I would 100% stay at this small hotel again and recommend it to anyone who visits Den Haag; it is right in the centre and close to bus and tram routes. Shops, restaurants, and museums are all within five minutes walking distance.

Unfortunately the hotel is directly above a street with many restaurants and cafes. Potentially this can be a problem depending on the day of the week. Closer to the weekend you will definitely get street noise which can go until very late

Paleis is a lovely hotel convenient to the centre restaurants and tourist attractions, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. A bar fridge would have been nice

The bathroom and the room were a little tight, but for 1 night it was ok for us. Our room was facing the street and since this is a city center with restaurants and bars right around the corner, we could hear people during the night, and it was bother us and our dog.

Charming little hotel with beautiful interior in the heart of the city. We were traveling with a little dog, and we were happy that this hotel accepts pets. It was a nice touch to get cookies and a blanket for our furry family member. Guests with dogs are staying on the first floor, so maybe rooms on other floors are bigger and quieter.

There were issues with our TV not working at all and the staff gave an apology with no solution despite us asking for a solution. So our tv didn't work the entire time of our 3 day stay. Other than that it was very welcoming and comfortable

Amazing, from start to finish. The girl that checked us in and out was incredible. Excellent local knowledge and 10+ for service provided. We used the parking and it is close by and very secure. Worth to book and pay for. The hotel is great. Stylish , clean and the bed unbelievably comfortable. Next visit we definitely will be staying here again.
