The breakfast was hyped & extra was paid for this.. unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. It seemed more breakfast that you purchase at a 2* hotel, not a hotel that claims to be 4*.. Other then that, our stay was pleasant

Receptionists are not very accommodating. Breakfast has this funny structure that you need to ask for anything you want to eat (rather than the usual buffet, "can I get one more slice of cheese please?.."). I found it embarrassing to ask for 3 croissants (so maybe just only me..)

Rooms are a bit "cold". The design is nothing special. Bathroom looks not modern. Wlan too slow.

It was not easy to find the entrante, I tried first to check in in the wrong hôtel close by. My payment had not been registered in the system, I needed to show proof on my phone

Very clean. Quite surprising that the breakfast buffet was not free service, a waitress distributed slices of bread and cheese. In general breakfast was good though.

Beds are way too soft. You sink into the mattress - only suitable for people of 60kg or less I think. For a three star hotel I would appreciate a small fridge and tea making facility in the room. No aircondition in the standard rooms (we upgraded for 15 EUR per night)

Third time we returned to this hotel. Very good location to go biking, visit Hoge Veluwe etc. Possibility to rent bikes. Many breakfast options.

The room smells like plastic or paint. It doesn’t have any type of air conditioning. The weather was not high but the room was hot and we couldn’t sleep well. The breakfast was good but not fabulous.

The location is good. The staffs are nice. The restaurant is good but pricey.

There was nothing we experienced that we could remotely think of criticising! Bearing in mind that we still have restrictions due to Covid-19, I would heartily commend the staff of the hotel and recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to spend a few restful days away close to the Hoge Veluwe.

When we arrived, there were slingers hanging on the bedroom wall congratulating ys in our golden wedding and rose petals scattered on our bed, a lovely touch! However, it was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, both at the hotel and at the nearby Edese golf course and restaurant, that we came in contact with that we were mist impressed and appreciative of.

VERY unfriendly staff at the reception. During the check-in we were not offered any explanation about the facilities. Our room key was just given to us as if the receptionist was doing us a favor. The room key did not work so we had to come back. No apology offered, once again the same arrogant behavior. Very disappointing.

Possible the only hotel in the world who has NO heating in the bathroom... When I asked at the reception if there was a hidden button for the heating, they looked at me as if I asked for a space shuttle to bring me to dream land... As heating in a bathroom, Who wants that??? So no, there is of course obvious no heating in the bathroom!! I used the hair dryer to warm up a bit to be able to take a shower. The room was freezing cold, the heating not able to warm up.

If you aren't driving it is a bit of a walk to the bus stop (about 15 mins) but once you get to the bus stop you can get the bus straight into Arnhem.

A beautiful hotel, so clean beds are super comfy and a really nice vibe to it.

Clean, quiet, friendly efficient staff, easy parking. The photos of Dutch sporting achievements were very interesting, and I loved the representations of the high jump and long jump world records
