The little balcony was kind of cut in half, other half belonging to adjacent room - if your neighbours are noisy, you will hear it for sure. Also, weirdly, TV only had Dutch- and German speaking channels

Location was very nice. The room big enough, with a little balcony. The beds were really comfy. There were also glasses, coffee machine and a wine opener in the room - very nice touch

The shower needed a curtain. Even when showering cautiously, the bathroom got quite wet.

I thought the hotel was on the beach but it is a few streets away. Likely my fault for not reading the listing thoroughly.

We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms on the upper level with slanted roof. We originally thought this would be a problem but we hardly noticed it at all. It is an easy walk from the train station to this hotel and easy to get around town. The beach is only a few streets over.

The room was very clean, very modern, and overall very, very comfortable :) The location is just off one of the main roads, so it has the benefits of high accessibility but not the nuisance of cars passing by all the time Our encounters with the staff were extremely efficient; check-in and -out was handled within a minute

On Booking’s website I was led to believe the studio will come with a microwave. There was no microwave in the studio which made things a little difficult on the first night as we were traveling with a baby. There was a kettle and some bowls so we could improvise.

Loved the design of the actual room. It felt like it was very thoughtfully done. Lighting, small spaces in the room were well designed. We had a small alcove with a chair and table that quickly became our favorite spot.

Maybe the lack of a shelve in the room, it has only hangers and 1 very small table, same for the bathroom, but just a detail

TV channels are only in Dutch and German - not handy for English guests.

Room was modern and comfy with lush under floor heating and small kitchen area and great coffee machine. Location hotel was fab - right in the centre. Early check in and late check out a bonus.

The bathroom is very small in the „small room“ and had no additional hangers at all but the door, and the shower was open so the whole toilet and bathroom would be under water. A shower squeegee was already placed there though :)

You hear everything from outside and neighboring rooms. Earplugs are a must for a good night's sleep.

We had the smallest room in the hotel because we booked the same day - The room wasn’t that clean and the mattress topper much too soft for us.

The bed sheets and the bathroom were not that clean. There was dust and hair on the floor and the counters. But the bedsheet was changed immediately.

The proximity to the beach and the city center was pleasant. The parking lot for 15€ per day was very close. The staff was very nice and responded immediately to any inconvenience. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The interior design of the entire hotel and the room was very attractive and well chosen.

The staff at the reception seem to be relatively uninterested. The sink in our room did not have any cold water. We reported this as soon as we checked in and also the next morning. However, nothing was done during the 2 days we stayed there (other than saying that they are working on it). Also, the "small room" is super tiny, hence not sure worth the money.

It was a lovely welcome, the room was clean, comfortable and felt good the moment we walked in. Lovely design and all you need during a stay where you are not often in your room. But even if you are there lots of facilities were in the room. Location was perfect. Walking distance from everything

Some of the rooms are located in another building, where balconies have the view to the “construction yard” thing. So there is actually no point of having a room with the balcony. Was really noisy because of seagulls, dogs and neighbors, but it is quite usual for Holland.

Nice looking, modern, cozy, friendly staff, close to the beach and train station.
