The only thing I wish was better is the matress. I found the bed a little hard and also got shoulder pain.

No water in the room, neither as complementary, nor in the minibar. Spa a little shabby and with a bad smell, the pool was not working. Breakfast not 4 stars level, with a lot of “industrial products” and a limited choice.

Cleaning service entered the room without any warning or knocking 2 hours before 12:00. You can tell its not very new anymore and theres lots of small wear and tear and bad paint etc, doesnt affect me too much, but it wouldnt take long to fix and it would be an improvement

Cold floor in the bathroom, rough floor in the bedroom, 2 single bad in the room for 2 persons, because all time they disconnected mattresses, breakfast a little expensive, I think. Cost number 107 € and breakfast for 2 person cost 34 €. And in describing room was wrote the hotel has many activities - archery, ride a horse - it wasn’t :(

It was dissapointing that there was construction work in the hotel. Although this is to improve the hotel it was anoying. This caused that there was no fridge in the room and only a mobile airco. I hate that there is only electricy in the room when the badge is in the slot. so you can not charge your devices when you are away. Not even a dummy card worked. Please stop this nonense in this kind of higher class hotels. I was also disappointed that jaccuzi part in the pool was not working.

The jets weren’t working in the pool - on Monday morning anyway. In the week the traffic noise not great, but then - easy access from motorway.

Great views of trees and lake even from side room. Good food, wine list seemed good even by the glass, fabulous location in summer for outdoor activities ! Helpful and polite staff. Free water and nice coffee in room . Relaxed atmosphere.

Tom Kah Kay on dinner Medicard was not Tom Kah Kay as that should have contained as least chicken and sufficient coconut milk. It contained merely tauge and spring onion and little coconut milk. Disappointing for people that know and appreciate the Thai kitchen.

The regular rooms don’t have a mini fridge, only the suites, there was a shared one on the floor and it was handy, even tough not that comfortable to leave your stuff so far always - but everyone respected this shared facility and no one touched our things. The carpets aren’t that clean, they probably just vacuum it and never clean it properly, so we were sandals inside. The bathrooms were clean, but you could see that the details were missing (on corners you could see dark marks, nothing a good cleaner couldn’t solve with stronger cleaning products and some extra care)

Very nice building, perfect location by a lake beach, great view even in the cheapest rooms. We stayed at the regular apartment, but it wasn’t small at all. The air conditioner wasn’t working but the staff (who were always there to help us with anything we required!) promptly got us a portable one and it was great! The beds were comfortable (mattresses are always too soft for my taste in hotels, but I’m used to that already). My son loved the bathtub, the shower (separate) was ok, and the sink had a good size (I’ve read some complains about it, but on this apartment, that is supposed to be the smaller and simpler, was fine). You have direct access to the low beach through the restaurant which is practical and below the stairs in the lobby a “kiddy corner” with toys and crayons.

The lake, swim pool and sauna were nice. Farm animals nearby were a great bonus.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Breakfast is very basic. Lack of waitress service namely during breakfast. Dangerous electrical parts left on the bathroom pending on the walls. A/C not working. Lots of dust everywhere. Definitely not clean room.

The sauna wasn't working The shelves unit above the coffee/tea facilities in the room was perfect height to bang head against when switching on the coffee machine, it happened once almost twice. The shelf just above the machine has no use/to ornament on it so it could be removed

The location and the grounds of the hotel, nice to get out for a walk. Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces. They have Rituals products in the room, very nice fragrance!
