The entrance revolving door needs to be fixed, I've seen it hit hard the incoming guests. All it needs is a readjustment. Not a fan of AC in general, so the windows that won't open are a disappointment to me.

Location is good, on a walking distance from cafes, restaurants, coffee shop, a nice park etc. Car parking is good. Rooms are spaceous and quiet.

Only complaint is the hot water through the taps and shower. Sometimes, we did not have cold water and the water is boiling hot. The windows are not sound proof. So there was one night when there were people outside celebrating, we could hear people shouting and cars honking. Perhaps that was unusual as they were celebrating the Turkey election.

We were greeted by very friendly staff who gave us good tips and helped us look for information on our travel as this is the first time we were in Rotterdam. The room was nice spacious and clean. The location of the place is perfect. It is walking distance to where we wanted to go and the metro station is just beside the hotel

The hotel room seemed a bit outdated (even though common areas were up to date) - could use a but of an update (at least in the part of the hotel I was in). Balcony was locked and looked run down (no access) and some surfaces (mirror in bathroom, moulding) were worn down or paint chipping. Bathroom had mold/water marks on ceiling above shower. I requested a room with a double bed and got two twins, one of which was very soft and uncomfortable. I requested a more firm pillow as was listed in the guest book and they said there weren't other pillows available. The noise levels (even though I was further from high traffic areas) was really loud after midnight - doors slamming loudly, voices outside, etc as I was on the ground floor and the windows were single pane.

Hotel was steps from city center and very convenient location. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't speak to that. Room was nice enough, far away from high traffic area as requested. Spacious for a single room and had a refrigerator and tea kettle which was nice.

Very good choice for buffet breakfast. Easy to find location & about 10 minutes walk from main railway station. Good Wi-Fi signal strength in bedroom.

The hotel is centrally located next to the Museum Park. It is near the Central Station and is close to the restaurants, etc of Witte de Withstraat. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a wide choice. The staff were very professional and helpful.

TV was not working. Phone was not working. Marks on walls. Indicates room was not checked by head of housekeeping before check in. Phone was fixed. TV was not. When we complained we were offered 10% discount. Would have preferred to gave the room changed, but it was not offered . Overall good experience.

Very small bathroom, shower over bath which was extremely difficult to get into / out of. We had to navigate a couple of sets of stairs to get to our room. Quite a challenge when you have a large suitcase, a senior with hip and back issues.

in my case there were a few technical problems with the key.. a bit annoying but was taken cared of eventually .. first room that was assigned to us wasn’t fully cleaned but was just a misunderstanding between themselves. no worries problem solved after a few minutes..

Room lighting and bathroom

Breakfast was really good. The rooms were a little cold and bathroom needed up dating. A mixure shower is very old school. We got ripped off with taxis being booked through the hotel. Not the Hotels fault but they need to use a different company as we were ripped off twice in one day. They did reimburse us for one journey and very apologetic. We had a meal in the bar which was fantastic. Drinks very expensive, overall a very good stay
