The room was extremely unclean. The floor was greasy and there were food remains underneath the bed.

Beds were comfortable and the location was great for a cheap price.

The room was clean, but the kitchen, stairs, hall...terrace, everything was very neglected and dirty. Fortunately, the room was indeed cleaned. The next thing that happened to me was that I was in a locked shower and someone 🤔🤔 opened the door.. The entire facility was photographed about 10 years ago...today the property and the equipment are there, but in pristine condition.

It is in the center and they responded very quickly when booking car parking included in the price of the stay.

This is no location for hot days: When we arrived the room had >30°C, which would hardly cool down through our 3-day stay. The provided fan and the jalousie (which has to be operated by the host) brought little relief. The new and comfortably large windows can unfortunately only be opened a bit (construction fault: they collide with the curtain suspension), and open to a road that remains busy until late in the night. Independent of this one should be aware that the shared bathroom is functional but it seems like it recently suffered a severe damage caused by water. The such caused moldy look took us by unpleasant surprise at first moment. This is not improved by the broken shutter that makes it impossible to properly vent other than with the small ventilation and/or leaving the door into the flat open. Cleanliness of the shared spaces was as one would expect from a shared flat (not super clean). Also the doors and inner walls are not very soundproofed.

The room is located close to the city center, and the hosts and other company in the shared apartment are very nice. The room itself is clean, very comfortably and efficiently furnished, and offers a cozy look and feel. A match certainly worth the money, but only when temperatures aren't too high.

The place felt and looked super dirty, from the rooms to the corridor. Also the aspect of having a private bathroom was a lie as alothough it locks, other tenants have the key to the door resulting in someone walking in on my sister while she was in a shower.

Just I wasn't sure or comfortable about pilovs but I don't care because I used towels as pilov and tovels were clean and smells like a flover. Temperature was a little bit low, however I am a cold person and siting in my home around 21-24 celcius degree heat so it is not objectice comparison. Especially considering the price, the room was perfect.

I like distance/location, room size is much big. The sheets and duvet smelled very good and clean. Towels also clean and smelss very good. Lanlord gifted a vegetable soup and I like it so much thank you for that. The heater propeller worked perfect. In addition the hotel/apartment was silence that I like it. Also there is a kitchenand all equipments that you can use it. Considering the price, the room was perfect.

I didn't like it because there was no privacy,even if an ant walk out of door you hear it and when people talk in front of door ( at least change doors ) it's like in the room , and bathroom was small and kitchen was dirty and that room isn't worth that money for sure, they say parking is free but unfortunately you pay for hour 1€, briefly it's not for me but if you guys lived in cave before so it will not be a problem for you ,but location is perfect and that building needs a big maintenance or must be banned for Airbnb ASAP, Freedom of speech As a journalist( critical observer)

Mould on the ceiling, we also had a worn sock under our bed and earplugs, room not as in the pictures, no facilities. The workmanship in the bathroom came across as if it had been done by a 9 year old kid.there were still screws sticking out of the stairs where my friend bumped into them. The room walls are so thin that you can hear everything we had to listen to a 1 hour ringing at 7am

Well, the place was not clean. There was nowhere in the description that the bathroom was a shared one. Also, the internet router for the whole floor was in our room. The window could not open fully because of the stupid design.

I can't find anything that I liked liked. Maybe the location and the fact that the staff was polite.

A little bit noise in the morning which didn’t bother us as we wake up and leave early.

The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is shared by only two rooms and newly renovated. The lady who is hosting is extremely kind and welcomed us for a late check in without reservation. So many thanks again :) One of the best budget place to stay if you are looking for a cost efficient travel.

Nothing bad

I was in this accommodation and it was very good and cozy, I felt at home. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location in the center and views of the commercial street. I don't understand some of the criticisms, because the place is very good and my rest was very pleasant. Very friendly owners. I encourage you to go visit it like I did, and from now on, I know where I have to stay in Tilburg.

The whole house smells like smoke. It is a three-person shared house and it was not clear to me who was really responsible. The person with whom I wrote before arriving was not there and sent another person who could not speak English. The bathroom was dirty. In addition, the whole night I could hear noises from the other three people living in this house. I think it is not very clear in the description that there are so many people living there. I would totally not recommend this room. The price was cheap in comparison to other rooms in Tilburg but now I know why. Honestly, do not book if you need to have a rested night and want to feel comfy on your arrival.

The only positive side of this accommodation is the central location in Tilburg.

The place was dirty, there was a refrigerator in the room but nowhere to plug it in. The banister at the top of the stairs was missing, making the stairs quite precarious.

Slept well until woken around 3.45 a.m. by slamming doors and wailing. Secure parking.
