very steep stairs, just ok clean, quite loud - ok for the (not to low, but that seems Rotterdam) price - i was in a 4 women boxed shared room

the host was very nice and friendly the location is super central in the art & gastronomy district (and very loud) but in the middle of nice shops and bars etc. Witte de With Straat is legendary.

The toilet was hidden behind the vanity. Shower cabin was full of black mold. We did not take a shower there.

Nice apartments in food street of Rotterdam. Bed slept perfectly.

The showroom facility could have been cleaner. The bath mat was very damp and did not look like it had been exchanged for a while. There was a lot of lime build up in the shower. I paid 88 Euros for one night so I expected a little higher quality for the money.

The staff were helpful with information regarding access and key for a locker. The bedlinen and towel were clean. Bed was comfortable enough with personal light and phone charging facility. Good security system.

Too expensive, but maybe it's the same everywhere in Rotterdam. There was a plant placed in the hallway, of which the water seemed like it wasn't cleaned for a whole month or so, so it stinked a little.

City center, next to a big art museum It was clean. Every bed had a curtain which made me feel protected privately. There is a small safe available in each room, but you have to ask for it at the welcoming desk. It took a while for the owner to find the keys.

Dirty… stairs were filthy, bathroom bin still had the last guest’s rubbish in it.

Very steep stairs, no AC, the fridge wasn't working, it was hard to climb the bunk bed ladders.

The location was great, the street is full of cafes and restaurants, close to the city centre.

Sadly the central location also meant the noise volume was ridiculous up until early morning hours. The room was scorching hot, and the box-like beds - while very private - only worked to trap all the heat in, making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Furthermore, the stairs. The stairs! I've never had to carry luggage up a worse staircase - it was extremely narrow and steep. I had to carefully plan how many times I'd need to leave the hostel just so I could minimise the amount of stair climbing involved. I was on top floor too! Also the rooms are a fully separate entrance from the reception, which was locked when I arrived. I never saw anyone inside besides when I checked in - and that's fine if you don't want to interact with anyone, but it kind of misses the communal spirit of hostels entirely for me. I could get past all of that and maybe, at a push, go again - but I won't. Because of the stairs.

The location is very central, right next to lots of great bars and restaurants. The beds were very contained and private, and checking in and out was very easy online.

The street is too noisy at night since it is very central. The mat in the shower was always wet maybe because the shower curtain was not blocking the water properly. The staircase is too dirty. I got the upper bunk, since I'm a short person I had some trouble going up and down the ladder. If one person moves around the bed , everyone can feel it lol

Sheets and towel were clean. Hot water was always available.Had shower gel. Had a charging port near bed and a big mirror and lockers in room. But had to ask for keys tho. Central location, considerably near to the port and the central station.

Although the location is very central, the street is really noisy until very late at night. The room was perhaps rather small for the four of us and the stay could have been improved with social areas and/or a kitchen.

The room was really comfortable and the bed felt like heaven after a whole day of walking. The staff was very helpful. The room had a private bathroom.

the heater in my room wasn’t working (0 degrees outside) and we got a replacement only in the evening. there was barely any natural light. to get to the room the stairs are really narrow

the location is super central and the bunk beds are quite cool, giving you a lot of privacy

Unfortunately my sheet was dirty, so I'm pretty sure they don't change it every time. I decided to put towel on my bed and slept on it anyway. Also the room is very loud from the busy pub street, so I highly recommend you earplugs. No cettle there or any bowl or plate. So forget even for cereals for breakfast :(

Comfortable beds, good and clean bathroom. Good pressure under the shower and hot water. For this money it was ok if you just want to sleep, take shower and go out for all day long. There was also a fridge :)

I was in the 4-person female room on the top floor, the facilities in the bathroom are little bit old but functional.

Very easy-going and friendly staff at the reception; Ca. 6mins walk to Depot museum, easily access to Markethal&Cube house; Comfortable bed with clean bedlinen; Enjoying peaceful night from Sun. to Thur and the bar-time on Fri. & Sat. night; Luggage storage.
