Everything was perfect. It was our third stay here. This time we took also our grandparents and the staff was very helpful with our requests, in order to make them a more comfortable accommodation. The placement in the woods, near the lake, close to the nature, as well as the very good equipped houses with everything you need, made a very good stay for all of us. And for sure, the next time in Delft, we will choose the same location. And by the way, Delft is a very picturesque and beautiful little town. :-)

It would have been nice to have had a baking oven; although everything else about the kitchen was adequate and clean.

This is a very good location with easy access to everything in Delft and surrounding area. There is plenty for children to do and walking trails to explore. The lodge was clean, the area was quiet, friendly staff. I'm all set to stay thrre again.

The property could be cleaner especially the shower which had some mildew. Crockery was mostly chipped.

Foreign travellers from countries without the Euro watch out. The accommodation will ask you for a 100€ deposit, but they won't return it to your payment card. They offer a cash return in Euro or a bank transfer a few days later without respecting any bank fees... So you can't actually get your deposit back in full in your original currency.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. Every morning we would be sitting on our porch and listening to the chirping birds. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed.

I guess the seating in the lounge wasn’t terribly comfortable but we were out most of the time.

I love caravans - it was more of a chalet but exactly what we needed for a family visit. Kitchen:lounge & 2 bedrooms. Chose the one with two en-suites - absolutely perfect. Situated in a stunningly beautiful area with fantastic walks/cycle routes. Plus Delft is a really beautiful town.

For a group of 5 the chalet was a perfect size with everything we needed for a long weekend break. The staff were super friendly and helpful and left us clear instructions on how to check-in after the front desk closed as we arrived late at night. The fact we could rent bikes as well meant the half an hour walk to the centre of Delft was reduced to a 10 minute ride. Would highly recommend Delftse Hout to anyone looking for a budget friendly letting around Delft.

It was advertised as having 3 bedrooms. They are actually 2 single cubicles with curtains across the doorways and the double "room" is a sleeping platform, so not much privacy. For some reason the water system is very noisy, even when we were asleep and not using anything, we were woken quite often by gurggling / noisy water sounds from somewhere.

Cute wooden "igloo" at a reasonable cost in a pleasant setting. Cosy and the beds were comfortable, if very simple. Well equiped kitchen. Would be very suitable for a family with young children. As a camp / glamping site it is excellent. The shower blocks were very good, and there is a number of family shower rooms.

There's only one thing. Yes, I know it's called nature homes, but in case you suffer from arachnophobia you might find it hard to enjoy your porch as there a many many spiders living under the roof ;-) If you're fine with it you might discover some species you haven't seen before and enjoy a great opportunity to observe them building their webs.

The Delftse Hout is perfectly located with the City of Delft on one side and nature on the other side. You can rent bikes at the location and enjoy rides through the country or hop on a bus right in front of the entrance and easily get to town. You can easily reach the station and visit other cities like Rotterdam and Den Haag. The staff was very friendly and the house was cute and equiped with everything we needed. It's quiet on the side so you can be sure to get a good rest. You can park your car close to your accommodation.

Mosquitoes, no towels, having to check out at 10am, with children (to early, when your flight is at 6pm) Launderette to expensive. No mosquito repellent in the small shop.

The single beds were a little narrow for adults but this didn't detract from the holiday

It was really well placed for cycling and walking and we were able to hire bikes from reception. . The kitchen was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful and we were able to get basics from the shop

The location is really nice, with green paths accessible all around, but still being less than 5 minutes by bike away from the center of Delft. The bungalow was clean and nice to live in for the two weeks I stayed here, and the cooking appliances good enough not to get in the way.
