    Nothing, we really loved it.

The location is beautiful and the room was very spacious, clean and had all the luxuries you could need. We only stayed here one night, but you could stay here for a long period very comfortably. The breakfast buffet was very good!

The entrance it was quite confusing, because it's mixed with another hotel. The breakfast could be a bit better (ingredients have more quality).

The room was good, the layout, the view, the toilet was also spacious which was nice. The location was good, with the 48 bus we would get to the center in 10 min. The staff was also friendly.

Communication with the hotel slow, they take days to reply. I opted for the "pay at venue" option but bank account was charged before arrival. When I enquired I was told that the money would be refunded when I settled the account on arrival but that was not the case, even after settling the amount.

Breakfast menu was limited and no bacon is served on weekends.

Beakfast is a joke - maybe it’s a poor 3 star hotel breakfast, definitely not a good 4 star „by Marriot” one. Dishes were dirty - and I mean 70% of them were not properly cleaned.

Beautiful views from the rooms and other facilities. Pretty rooms with very convenient and well equipped kitchenette. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel room and its facilities. Beautiful, quirky design. Welcoming staff.

The only thing I did not like is that the Aircon/heating cannot be turned off completely, only reduced or increased, which is also not very environmentally friendly.

The hotel rooms were beautiful, nice views and very clean, easy to reach by bus.

Could have been more pots and pans in the kitchen area and not a full compliment of crockery...not an issue as only 2 of us but would have been a problem if there had been 4 people...might be worth checking to make sure....

Very clean and comfortable... lovely big room with great view of the harbour area. Very easy to find ...so get a number 48 bus from central station ( they go from the top-level) and get off at the final stop. It's then about a 5 minute walk along the edge of the water...( On your left) The hotel is on the right at the far end. If you happen to arrive after dark it is lit up in pink so you can't miss it! While it is a business district, it was quiet at night but felt safe walking from the bus stop. Buses are frequent so it's easy to get to and from the centre...bus to central and then walk or tram ....we opted for slightly further out and had a larger room at a better price and really it was no hassle. We found the breakfast to be excellent... almost got caught out on the Monday morning as they stop serving at 10( 10.30 at the weekend) ..but plenty .... lovely bread jams yogurts fruit etc etc..we had no complaints..suited us well...don't expect a full English breakfast..you're not in the UK! ..but there was scrambled eggs and beans ! Staff were pleasant and polite and I wasn't to particularly commend Daniella in the restaurant who never stopped and nothing was too much trouble.... they were short staffed on the Sunday morning and she did a brilliant job..and always with a smile!

There was nothing not, only small thing was the sauna room was not closing properly during the stay but again a very minuscule issue, the other facilities was great and the whole stay was great.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Good range in breakfast and the lounge was nice aswell. One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in

Need to improve the cleanliness. Need to get on a bus from city centre, 15 - 20 mins. But as said, another type of enjoyment.

I loved the country side feeling of the hotel, another experience from city centre, which I had also tried during the stay in Amsterdam. Got a bar called Moxy there, the manager and staff there were very helpful. Very chill atmosphere. Got a laundry room, free to use. The view there from the room or building was great, wonderful sea view. Besides, the breakfast was okay, but gotta wake up early.

Cleanliness in general is not at that high level as they are pointing out. The sitting sofa next to our bed was so dirty, had big white and brown stains all over it, it was disgusting and should be dry cleaned asap. Breakfast was ok, but just that.

Loved the hotel interior and exterior, everything looks modern and cosy. Pool and sauna are available, also the lounge bar Moxy at the ground floor that has a lot of fun to offer. Loved the room size, big windows looking at the sea and the fact that has a small kitchen and dining part. Staff was mostly kind too. We had issues with network, they solved it the next day.

The breakfast on this occasion was terrible. Barely any hot options available except hash browns and beans. Hardly any fruit or yogurt. Loads of bread, rolls, pastries, meats but the cheese was stale, every slice had hard crispy edges and was sweaty. We don’t go to breakfast late, usually around 9am so there should be lots of options but there’s no staff there to top it up. It’s very hard to find a member of staff in this hotel. We also had no coffee sachets in our room, only teabags. We were not advised on check in that we had to scan our cards to access certain floors in the hotel and had to queue for 30 minutes to get our cards reprogrammed as they stopped working on both days.

Rooms are amazing, this was my 2nd visit as the hotel rooms were so nice. I visit Amsterdam once a year and will book this hotel again. Lovely bar and seating area downstairs with snacks and small plates on offer.

Housekeeping service. Plates and cutlery were placed into the dish-washing machine and wasn't launched, so upon arrival back everything obviously was dirty. Bed's linen wasn't changed considering the fact that I've been staying for 3 nights.

Room, view, location, breakfast (was small but straight to the point I would say). Cozy and quiet.

Except that I am still waiting for my email recept there is nothing I can complain about.

The room was spacey, quiet and had a great view. Location is a little off beat, but the view is amazing. Breakfast was really nice and there was quite a bit of variety to choose from. Also as we were early the first day I didn't expect to get anything. Staff were so nice to prepare a breakfast basket free of charge. Very rare that this happens in this day and age.
