No lights at night, I got there late and it was raining and it’s almost impossible to see the numbers and instructions to get to your room.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Bed linen was not provided in its entirety but was paid for and had to be ordered in advance. The deposit is returned for a long time, you must be prepared to freeze money for 2-3 months.

Great spacious villa, several bathrooms and a huge living area. The best option for the friends company.

Being forced to pay for the shuttle service was harsh as we prefer to walk and also having an additional charge to pay on arrival for the beds to be made up but the fresh bedding was left in a plastic wrapper on one of the beds. Finally we was surrounded by music literally all night through to morning. Yes we enjoy going to a festival but it’s nice to unwind at night. Your 11pm curfew was non existent and was not enforced. We complained but nothing was done. Unfortunately this will be our last visit

Accommodation is always fresh and clean when we stay. Disappointed to see the last guests bedding left by the front door

The accommodation had some issues such as one bad mattress, broken door, and closet. It took all day time for the maintenance team to come over they still couldn't manage to fix the issues. We had to go again to the reception and ask for another accommodation. When I asked to be relocated first time, one of the staff said that they were fully booked but obviously that wasn't true since we ended up moving chalet.

The facilities such as pool, sauna, entertainments,the lake, the playgrounds. Europarc did a massive investment of renovating all the houses and it looks really nice compared to before with the previous owner (oostaapen park vakantie)

everything was in order, except the black ants in our chalet. They were all over the place and also in our bed at night. After our complaint, one of the staff brought an ant-box and spray which helped to an extent. Unfortunately there were no kids bike for rent. It will be better to keep three bins (restafval, glass, PMD) at the chalet to separate the waste at source.

pleasant stay, lots of activities fior kids like swimming, indoor play area, outdoor play area, Game zone, daily age group wise fun activities. In snack bar and restaurant, vegetarian options available. Chalet was nice and cosy.

I asked 3 times for a leak to be fixed but it didn't happen. Restaurant didn't accept any of my MasterCard or visa cards. Sink in bathroom way too small to even clean teeth.

There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was great!!!

It was our second time at EuroParcs Zuiderzee and was more then excellent. To be honest, I don’t understand why the rating on booking is so low, we found everything great. The house was very cosy and clean, equipped with everything. And the amenities of the park were wonderful. The swimming pull great, warm water, the snake slide was so fun, my kids spent 3 h hours every day there. The indoor playground was also a big attraction!!! The outside was also nice, big trampoline, animals, playgrounds. We spent a full week there and it was so relaxing and fun for all of us. For sure we will return.

Last year we have booked an ECO-Villa on the website of Defqon.1, where you could see pictures of an ECO-Villa (check the Zuiderzee website for more info). So we tried to book this year over Booking.com to get another Villa here, because it was a different Villa on those pictures. Then we arrived there and we got the same key like last year. And no, it wasn't on the same name. Story of 2022: - Only 1 key for 10 people... - 2 broken doors (check pics). - The cooling didn't work --> we had over 32-37 degrees inside the Villa all the time. The eco-system for keeping the house cool, didn't work. We checked it in the tech-room. - Every bedroom had it's own climate-system to regulate down till 16 degrees if you want but none of them worked. They showed at least that they are trying to regulate to 20 degrees but 29 was the max they could handle - even in the night. And yes. every door and window was closed. - We went to the reception and told them EVERY DAY that it's not working --> A housekeeper and a tech guy will come the next few hours --> never came. - They tried to convince us that it's an ECO-Villa, so there is no cooling, even if there is a whole house system in the tech room where the display shows that it want to regulate to 20 degrees but because the pump was broken it couldn't work. And we had on the roof in the sun 53 degrees!!! (check picture) All 5 cooling systems showed the same error and one of them didn't work at all, because a filter was missed and it can just work with that. So most of us slept outside or on the floor. 2023: - We were traumatized again as soon as we saw the house. - Still broken doors &cooling systems etc.. everything was still the same. - I even found my lost socks in the same bedroom on the closet... - Again same discussions at the reception Let me say - They don't really clean those houses or listen to your complains.

I was there in 2022 & 2023 with 9 friends and we had randomly both times the same house. Location is really nice. We were there at Defqon.1 from Thursday till Monday (4 nights) and for the festival it's almost perfect because you have comfort instead of those camping places there. There is a small super market what has everything you need. If you need more, you can take a ride 10 mins to Biddinghuizen and buy your stuff there in a bigger store. Also nice is that you can park your car directly at the house - even with 3 or 4 cars. The kitchen has everything you need and you have wifi - but it's smaller than in the middle of the ocean and that was all I guess. For the part what we didn't like -> There is not enough space here to tell you everything, but I try to keep everything important in it.

The park, the houses, and gardens are beautiful. I loved the details in the gardens where tree stumps abd branches are reused and the hobbit house. There is entertainment, a well equipped supermarket, snackbar, pizzeria and swimming pool, alpacas, playground and minigolf. Great location to visit Harderwijk Walibi or Hans & Grietje.
