The apartment is a beautiful hidden gem very close to all amenities but tucked away on a peaceful street. It’s very well equipped and Astrid’s hospitality is excellent. I highly recommend Rosie’s place , it makes a great base for exploring the city too.

The studio apartment is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you need for a short stay and is beautifully furnished and very quiet. The location is pretty central whilst also being the perfect place to relax. Astrid is very kind and helpful.

Honestly...nothing!!

Location, quiet, porch, good shower, heat, hot water, good kitchen, size of space, closet, dimmable lights, 125MPS internet (!), friendly host. What a great place.

We can’t fault anything really. The stairs up to our room were a bit steep, but weren’t a problem.

The apartment was very comfortable and warm. The hosts Astrid, Rick and family were exceptional very hospitable. The location was excellent. It really felt like you were part of the community staying here. It’s a great part of Amsterdam. Plenty of interesting shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy walking to get into town, or public transport routes nearby.

The apartment was perfect for a 3 night stay in the city, in a great location, within walking distance of all the popular tourist attractions. Our host, Astrid, was also very welcoming and friendly.

The apartment was cosy, comfortable and set up very well for exploring the city of Amsterdam. Location wise, it is very easy to get everywhere and close to supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. Astrid is a fantastic host with a wonderful attention to detail that made our stay really relaxed and easy.

The apartment of Astrid and Rick is small but organized to perfection and carefully curated in every detail. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed are excellent. The location is perfect as it is in a very quiet area but allows easy walking access to the city center. Astrid was very helpful and welcoming; we felt pampered! Highly recommended place.

Some neighbors were outside late as I was getting to sleep, but this is expected in Amsterdam. The interruption was brief, and I was able to get a good night’s sleep before flight.

Host was willing and available to help get my suitcase up and down the steep staircase up to the unit, even to assist for my early morning flight. Very attentive during stay and available to answer my questions about the neighborhood and city. I enjoyed walking and exploring the neighborhood - shout out to Margo’s for vegan sandwiches, coffee and pastries.

Only one little niggle, We didn't watch much TV but when we wanted to in the morning to catch up with news. The TV reception in the apartment dropped out periodically from time to time. Not sure what the problem was but it happened every day during our 4 night stay. Error messages on screen prompting us to reboot the internet router or connection?

Lovely apartment on middle floor of the building at the end of a quiet street in Jordaan district. Ideally located to explore the area with lots of cafe's, bars, restaurants and places of interest. Very easy to reach on the #397 bus direct from Schiphol airport, get off at last stop and a 10 minute walk with easy to follow directions from the apartment owner.

No Aircondtioner. There was fans and the windows did open up a lot which did help when a nice cool breeze came in. But we did have 3 hot days in a row, sometimes you need cool air constantly that stays in the room. But honestly not too bad

this place was fantastic! Location was amazing and the house was in perfect condition. Astrid was a lovely host. It’s in such a lovely neighbourhood and if i do go back to Amsterdam i’ll be looking to stay there again!

Astrid was most accommodating with everything from check-in (storing our luggage until suite was ready), booking our taxi for our flight home, recommending restaurants. Suite was modern, well maintained and had everything we needed. Location was excellent. Enjoyed our glass of wine on the balcony.

Rosies Place was fabulous. Astrid welcomed us after our long flight and stored baggage until the room was ready. Perfect location, clean & tidy. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Amsterdam.

Rosies Place had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom to help make our stay enjoyable, including wine in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa was good for one person. Astrid was there to greet us and help us up the very steep steps with our luggage. She also had great recommendations for dinner. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I loved staying at Rosie’s Place! When we checked in, Astrid and Rick were there to welcome us with a smile, a bottle of red wine, and a tour of the apartment. The apartment is perfect for couples and comes well equipped with everything you could ever need (coffee machine, cooktop, microwave). Additionally, it is extremely walkable to most places in Amsterdam (as well as tram stops and Amsterdam Centraal Station). It is also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy. We enjoyed venturing out during the day and coming back to Rosie’s Place at night to cozy up and drink wine after a long day of walking. Astrid was a wonderful host and allowed to check in early on our day of arrival. She was always responsive before, during, and after our stay. This will be our new “home away from home” when we are visiting Amsterdam!

Astrid was extremely helpful with our arrival and departure arrangements and very responsive to communications. The location was close to the centre but very quiet with local restaurants and a short walk to trams. The apartment had everything necessary for a city break and we would have enjoyed the balcony if the weather had been better!
