The air con didn't seem to work so we had to rely on a fan that was running more than it should have been - the only part of the window that opened was a small piece of wood at one end TV would turn itself on shortly after being turned off (might have been on a timer?) but this is just nitpicking The bottom of the shower area didn't drain water very well which meant water could sometimes spill into the bedroom The WC extractor fan didn't work - we assume that is what the holes in the bottom of the door are for? One bedside light didn't work Our room had a kettle and tea bags but no milk - strange but not an issue in the grand scheme of things

No air conditioning in the room only a fan plugged into the wall,had to leave it on all night and was noisy,was worried it would go on fire been on all night.My 2 children had a bunk bed,top bunk had no rail to prevent from falling off so had to sleep in our bed,in short didn't sleep great with the heat and no room with a child in the bed.

Beds were not very comfortable. Parking is a little bit expensive (20 euros). The day before we paid 13 euros in Lille (Ibis City Center).

The staff is very kind. We arrived late in the evening and they let us leave the car in the parking lot until 3pm for us to take advantage of the city center during the morning. The location is very convenient, near the tram station that connects you to the city center.

There were other guests on our floor who made us feel intimidated and a little scared. We were 3 women, and we checked in and went into our room, there were several men in the hallway. They saw us approaching and tried to crowd us, and even asked us if they can come inside our room. They were 6 or 7 men, they were waiting for their friends who were also guests in the other rooms on our same floor. They didn't leave the hallway for a while, so my 3 other friends stayed inside because we were really scared to go out. We left after a long time after that. In the evening, they were so noisy, running the hall and knocking at people's doors. It was so bad. If they were more considerate or other guests, then our stay would have been good.

It's was a nice experience at the hotel especially the view, but I was only disappointed on the Towels been given as it was already looped and also the b3d spread sheet were stained, but as regards other services its okay

Quite stuffy with air conditioner. There were no sockets next to the bed and very few sockets in the room (not enough for the 6 occupants in the room). Space between the bed and the wall was big that my stuff were falling on the bed below. People were smoking weed in the room that I was assigned but I was moved to another room.

Everything was good! The room is clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is a walkable distance from all major attractions. The staff was helpful and provided luggage storage after checkout. Would come back.

The room main door had been forced open previously and couldn’t lock properly as the metal doorframe was torn at the lock. Tiles of the bathroom floor were loose. Pillowcases were too small for the pillows so a bit balloon-shaped and hard.

High up corner room has lots of light and is lovely. Comfy and big mattress. Good shower. Straight forward arrangement w reception.

In generel my stay at this hotel was ok. But there wasn't bed linen on my bed, I had to look for it. My blanket was stained. There was free coffee and tee in the lobby.
