It was a little tricky to find out where to go to check in.

Great hotel for an early morning flight. Breakfast was good, rooms were large and comfortable. Well worth the money due to location.

We were able to get two rooms together, but originally when I checked in they said that rooms together were not possible. The ease from getting between the room and checking in for our flights was wonderful.

Staff was slow and not helpful: We were the only ones online and kept us waiting for a long time and when they helped us there equipment wasn't working.

Great location, convenient right at the airport terminals, a 5-10 minute inside walk to the check-in counters. Rooms are pristine and luxurious and several restaurants in the Hotel.

Air conditioning was a little tricky, was quite warm and difficult to get fresh air in since you can’t open the windows.

It’s a great hotel, super close to the airport. Really great if you have a lay over or just want to already start relaxing before your trip.

A big and modern five-star airport hotel at Schiphol. Easy walking distance from terminals. All facilities you can expect.

There was no coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee (yuck). There was only 1 bath robe although there were 2 of us in the room. There was a required €50 deposit (inadequate rationale provided at reception) which meant that we had to stand in line the next morning at checkout to get our deposit back. We couldn't find an ice machine. There is a gym but no pool. Parking for 1 night was a hefty €50!

There is a park next to the hotel with a small pond, trees and grass ... which is great for dog owners! The room was comfortable. The hotel is VERY quiet. Couldn't hear the planes at all! Breakfast buffet was ok but overpriced. Location is fantastic since it was right in the airport!

I love my breakfast but unfortunately the hotel charges way too much for breakfast. Luckily the food outlets at the airport plaza are only 4 minutes walking distance away so we had our breakfast at the airport plaza.

Connected to the airport arrivals terminal as well as the train station. Less than 4 minutes’ walk through a fully enclosed walkway and, the luggage trolley can be rolled all the way into the rooms without hindrance. Despite the vicinity to a very busy airport, rail station and walkways, the interior of the hotel, including room, is very quiet. The property itself is in great condition, very clean and run by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great job!

Pillows are soft, would prefer if they are plumper for more neck support. Water pressure for rain shower a bit weak, would prefer stronger pressure.

Newly renovated - feels fresh, clean and bright. Will always be go-to choice to stay overnight when catching early morning flight out of Schiphol. Bathroom very spacious, well lit and nice ledge/shelf space.

Perfect for our small dog, terrified of the New Year fireworks , completely soundproof rooms , we couldn't hear a thing. Many other frightened dogs were there also. The staff were very welcoming Nice touch, Prosecco and Oliebollen at midnight

Bathroom is super modern design and really clean, bed and pillows so comfy, spacious room. Perfect soundproofing for dogs scared of NYE fireworks really worked out well
