Cosy hotel with bar and restaurant very close to Maastricht central station with exceptionally friendly staff that go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Excellent value for money!

The mattress was a bit soft, though I realize this comes down to personal preference. We stayed on the top floor and the stairs might be overwhelming for people with lesser mobility.

The room we stayed in was nice and spacious, the bathroom was very beautiful with a large bathtub and shower. The rooms is well themed with even the keycard for the room taken into consideration. Staff were friendly and the location is great and easy to find.

Would like some options to get baggage to and from the hotel and paid parking. Feel a bit like a packing donkey going on a hike before you get to your hotel and when you get back to your car.

The rooms were lovely and cosy; we had a beautiful view of the street with the Christmas lights heading down towards the river. It is a little gem inside of Maastricht with great staff always willing to help and a breakfast you have to try, pancakes and eggs benedict is super. All and all a really cosy place that makes you feel happy inside.

Even though the room is outstanding, the street it's facing is central, and I assume because of monumental windows, they sound insulation is just terrible. You can hear everything happening below, not talking about the cars, and buses, and cleaning machines at 7 in the morning on Sunday, and people shouting having fun. This bothered myself and my wife as we struggled to fall asleep due to this noise. The breakfast that we've included with the room rate was good, but super limited and had no options to choose from, rather something precomposed. There's no formal reception, you just walk in to the bar and that's the reception. Not negative, but rather was confusing as there's no formal label that you're entering hotel.

The room is outstanding, we loved how spacious it is. Very well renovated, feels fresh and super clean. The bathroom is huge with amazing tub and shower.

Cloath hangers would have been niet, and a second chair. There site does mention the lack of elevator, but having the highest room as elder people is very uncomfortable. Marginal stortte space and to low for people our age. Black showerroom is stylish, but not my taste, my eyes prefer a brigther area

Noisy at night: we stayed from Thursday through Saturday and it was quite loud on both nights Steep staircase without lift: we managed ok, but there was no mention at check in and no offer to help with luggage Breakfast is ok, but small selection, I wouldn’t book it again since there are a lot of cafés close by

The only thing, I would make a little bit obvious for the outsider is that there is a hotel in the bar as well.

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. We've got a very spacious room on the first floor with the view on the main street. Incredible view, very comfy and spacious. Staff is incredible, friendly and super helpful. Hotel lobby is located in the bar, can be confusing during check-in :) Breakfast is served at the bar/cafe area as well. You can also dine in or get a drink over there.
