TV did not work and staff were unable to fix it. Bed sloped slightly to outside, but not bad. No table or desk, which is understandable due to the size of the room. No bathroom vent for shower moisture. This items are mentioned as feedback only and were minor issues of us.

Loved the coffee machine and bottled water. It was really nice having the tram stop in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The triple room was not as seen in the pictures, there was not a balcony or a big window. Just a very small window next to the roof of the room that made the room very dark. Also it was not so comfortable for 3 person.

Nice location in front of the tram station, the stuff was very kind and I enjoyed that there was space next to reception for a coffee or a tea.

The location, it wasn’t as central as I anticipated but still good and close enough to everything.

Have on you website, quickest way from central train station to hotel is to catch tram 7. It’s not the Metro like we followed. We got lost and had to catch a cab. The staff were lovely and I like the idea of a self serve water bar/ coffee / tea and fruit. Also I like the idea of not having room cards or keys.

There was nothing not to like.

The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and the facilities were fantastic. Little things like the plug for the hairdryer being right next to the mirror which is often overlooked, and large glass bottles by the water fountain that you can fill and take to your room. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the whole place had a really calm, inviting atmosphere. Would absolutely stay here again and have downloaded the sonder app to facilitate our travel to other destinations aswell!

There was nothing which I did not like but if you want to hear about improvement points, I can make some suggestions. The breakfast area was a bit dark due to the location of the room but may be you can play with the lights and put some mirrors to reflect the outside daylight.

I like the clean, neat and modern atmosphere. The genuinely smiling young staff was also very welcoming which is very important when you are travelling abroad. Also the coffee and tea availability at all times made my day :)

The only tricky bit is the access There are steps up and while there us a lift which starts after the first 2 steps you still need someone to lift a buggy. Wheelchair users would probably not be able to access.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was perfect for us. Everywhere was new and fresh and spotlessly clean. We asked for a cot for the baby and they supplied a lovely new one. Perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Originally booked the last double room for my stay, which was in the basement. However earlier on my check-in day I received an email to say my room had been upgraded, so I was more than happy. I received the code for the entry door and the same one for my room, which was valid for the three days I was there. The guy on reception was really helpful explaining about the room service, doesn’t happen, but replacement supplies can be collected from the lounge cupboard. The room had everything needed, kettle and coffee machine, air con, nice bedding and as the hotel has only been opened three months everything is new and well maintained. There is a lounge plus dining/work area where coffee and iced water is available all day. Breakfast is a continental style, fairly basic but good value. The room was well insulated and the guests were quiet and no night noise. The location is really good, the tram is four stops from the central station and stops outside the hotel and the main museum - The Depot is ten minutes walk, Is is in a nice residential area

The hotel is new and modern, at the walking distance from the centre. There is enough supply of coffee, tea and toiletries if you need extra. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time in Rotterdam.
