Wellness and spa is exceptional very Good

For our comfort the beds were not firm enough. I had enquired about available parking on the property, as we required a special parking option for a very tall van but we were not informed of the cost of the parking. This was not a problem for us (and the price is extremely fair) but it would be beneficial for you if you informed future clients, as this differs alot with many hotels.

The all-around service offered by the staff is excellent. The bathroom facilities were top, and the spa/swimming pool very nice. The free apéro buffet was very appreciated and welcome surprise, as well as the turn-down Stroopwaffel service :-)

Beds too low. Pool was fab. Bit far out of Delft. Need a car definitely.

Broken glass on bedroom floor, cut my foot. Had to ask for pillows & toilet rolls. Staff very accommodating tho.

Outdoor jacuzzi was not able to change temperature in my opinion. And also the jet function is quite weak.

The staff are really nice and the room is clean and cozy. I liked that the location is quite suburban but still bus station is quite close so that we can use public transport. Nice getaway hotel

There was no shower gel in the bathroom and unfortunately the front desk were unable to assist as housekeeping was not yet onsite, pity as everything else was top.

The restaurant was excellent, great staff in Spa, hotel and restaurant.

The spa was located on ground floor of the hotel and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sauna that was out of order was the finnish sauna. But another sauna was still available and it was very relaxing.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, yogurts, and eggs. You can also order fried eggs or omlett. The room was enormous and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower.

What most surprised me was that noise from other rooms was very present like the above rooms taking showers and coughing neighbour which seemed like next to my bed, for the rest all was very positive, but this i had not expected

the service of the hotel is great, we arrived late and the hotel stayed in touch with us so we would have access even when we arrived very late, luckily that was not necessary. Very good breakfast and dinner facilities, special dinner menus as well, surprising.

I can not come up with anything negative.

Everything was perfect. We came specifically for swimming pool option, because we travelled with 7 yo daughter. Apart from swimming pool, we enjoyed very much different kinds of sauna.

The breakfast was underwhelming, no cooked options. They took our order for coffee and an egg but both never came and we had to ask for several other things. At check-out the staff made me pay for the stay even though it had already been paid for on booking.com which led to a lot of confusion and made the whole experience less than relaxing.

In general a nice, clean hotel. the rooms are large and well equipped and the spa is lovely.

The spa area generally had something to offer for everyone (fairly big pool, relaxation area, steam sauna). Just the traditional saunas were disappointing as they have been small out-door barrels which did not quite reach the heat of a 'Finnish sauna'.

Very good experience overall. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great dinner and breakfast selection.

food in the restaurant looks good, but isnt super tasty

spacious room, has a spa with a number of different sauna’s, restaurant looks nice. we booked a suite so had some snacks and champagne complementary, which was really nice.
