Everything was great. The place is especially great for senior people. That's why I would not recommend it for longer stays with children. They might get bored and the pool is more for relaxed calm swimming that for fun chases. But that's obvious from the hotel's description. While we were staying there, there was no family with kids and I think that makes sense. So if I had children I would try to find a place with more action, I guess.

The staff members were super friendly. We had a little emergency and needed an ambulance. The hotel's employees could not have handled the situation any better. Excellent service! The food in the restaurant was great. Breakfast good as well! Arrival by car and train is easy. It's perfect for a relaxed few days. Espescially if you like to use a sauna.

The bed is quite soft that hurts the back and the topper moves easily out from bed, need to be adjusted everytime, can be uncomfortable. The balcony is nice but was not cleaned, we have to clean dust on table and chairs and remove some spiderwebs.

The Spa and Wellness facility: the sauna, jacuzzi, pool and the scrub salt provided in the shower were really great part of the relaxing weekend trip. We also appreciate that they considered our request of room/view. The new building has big rooms and bath, clean and modern. Accommodating and helpful staffs.

The air conditioning in the room seemed to reset to 20 degrees and the room was always hot during the night. Never went to staff with the issue as it was not a long stay but I’d expect they would assist without issue.

Room was spacious but with a lot of storage, staff were all very friendly and helpful.

the price is $ for what you get, the spa was additional cost actually and not very clear on the website, also there are naked days which was only told when we arrived.

we visted the hotel because we had a meeting there next morning. The hotel provided us a simple dinner in the evening, wine was good. Rooms are clean, beds sleep well. There is a shortage of staff. Next morning we had a meeting with a large group of guests. There was no staff to clean up the meeting room, neither to clean up after lunch. We had to do that ourselves. After complaining we heard a colleague was ill, but that may not be the reason not to serve 30 guests. We think proper leadership may professionalize the process and the hospitality.

Rooms relatively small. Breakfast buffet only basic staff and not variety Hotel`s restaurant was very good, although it happened two times to delay our meals (in first case we were waiting for almost 1 hour the main course) we did not any compensation about it and of course were not informed. Only after complaining we had some explanation about it.

Room needed some maintenance. One kitchen door under the bed. Beds were not comfy to seat on.. Top mattress kept sliding.

Room was a good size but I wasn't impressed with how the room was cleaned and there was an odd smell in the room. For example: there were 4 toilet rolls all of different sizes stacked up which looks unwelcoming and like someone else just left the room. Stains on the shower, mirror etc. Hairs in drawers.. all these little things may not seem big but for a 4 star hotel I really expect a higher standard of cleaning.

Location. Staff is okay but you need to look for them to help you, as they might be doing different jobs at the same time (like receptionist AND waitress). We were there to visit family so for that purpose the hotel was okay.

Found the pillow really uncomfortable. The biggest negative was the breakfast room. It was incredibly busy so we had to go into the annexe where there was insufficient space for all the diners, tables and chairs. It wasn’t a good experience. The hotel needs to think about the furnishings and how they are arranged. In fairness, we had no problem the next morning but only because we had an earlier breakfast and the room was virtually empty.

Convenient location for stay whilst visiting relatives nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Staff helpful and friendly.
