Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaPaying extra for everything, have never had to do this at any other accomodation. Accomodation normally supplies toiletries.( We knew that as its not listed on the website) One apartment had no toilet paper. There are no teatowels, oven mitt, tongs and no toaster. No instructions for washing machine. We did a wash and it didn't dry anything. There are steep steps into apartment ( need someone with muscles to get a suitcase up) and sofa bed is up some other steps upstairs. The sofa bed upstairs is more for kids and did not feel comfortable. We ended up splitting the Queen bed downstairs into two singles and adjusted the bedding.
The apartment is in a great position.Walking distance to everywhere, boulevard just through the gate.

IndonesiaJust two tiny things. I would suggest a more permanent shelf or alike for inside the shower to put ones soap on it. The second tiny thing is the option of making up our bed ourselves. Although options are always great, I'm thinking that this particular one should not be one and the bed should be made up for the guests by default. With that said, if we visit Harderwijk again, this apartment would be on the top of our list.
Located in the center of Harderwijk right next to the city wall, the small and cosy apartment has everything you need. We stayed at the ground floor apartment which gives us direct access to a cute and semi private city garden. Although modern the apartment incorporates elements from the location and its history which we thought is a very nice touch. Our final recommendation is the neighboring restaurant 't Zusje, just a few steps away this restaurant offers a tapas like menu with a never ending sampling of bites from all over the world.

GermanyParking can be a bit tricky since the location is very central! But luckily the owner provided us with information about parking options (pointed out where and how pricey) so it wasn’t a problem after all. Just in case it rains it’s a bit of a hassle to park 1 km away but otherwise it’s a nice walk!
The location is the absolute greatest in Harderwijk!!! It’s also great that the apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette and even though it’s quite small (bathroom and bedroom doors touch when opened) it’s more than enough space for a couple (with a small child). It is also furnished in a very modern, stylish and clean way.
