I noticed the first several days the property had rubbish in front of and no staff members ever checked it or picked it up until the day of “Kings Day”.

The staff is amazing, always professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and nicely stocked and serviced.

The room temperature was too hot for sleeping and the air conditioning didn’t bring it down sufficiently. Housekeeping changed towels when I’d left them on the rack but didn’t vacuum until I specifically asked and then not well.

Great accommodation, very convenient location, breakfast choices good and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Everything was great.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to sites, bars, and restaurants. The room we had was large and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. After three weeks of travel we also appreciated the complimentary laundry. We felt this hotel was excellent value and would highly recommend.

Great location overlooking the prettiest view in The Hague. 2 minutes walk from the Mauritshuis and Escher Museum. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and refreshments. Secure parking for bicycles.

Location is perfect. Staff are excellent. Great Hotel which pre-rebuild/renovation was the Norwegian Embassy. If the hotel car park is full, the Interparking “MuseumQuarter” underground car park is located 100m away and there’s a very good “Drive-in, Drive-out” offer available on the Interparking website.

The breakfast was quite basic for a 4-star hotel. Also, the need for pre-assigned timeslots for breakfast isn't great. Obviously it's better to assign slots than to find the breakfast room full, but having sufficient capacity for all guests would clearly be better.

When i first arrived in the room, the soap was empty so I had to ask for soap top up. Unfortunately this was in the evening so there was no housekeeping as expected. The receptionist sent a new bottle of soap. Unfortunarely I cannot replace the bottle soap because its screwed quite tightly in the bathroom so I had to put the extra soap somewhere in the sink.

This is my 2nd time here so I already know how things work. The elevator was now fixed so its much nicer. I didnt stay for that long so I had no issues with the room only being cleaned once a week and no housekeeping during weekend. Breakfast is great as usual.

Perfect central location. The hotel was excellent- clean throughout, rooms well equipped and comfortable with small kitchen and good bathroom. Breakfast good. Staff so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay here again.

Owing to the easter holidays, they did not have housekeeping available. However, one could contact the reception if needed.

Excellent location, clean and spacious room with a beautiful view and friendly staff. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning, which we could carry into the room too, making it much easier with the kids.

We had to wait for an hour while they changed our room because first one was at the floor where we couldn’t get. Very poor breakfast

Available breakfast space is too small. Breakfast variety could be better. Certain members of staff do not speak Dutch...in Den Haag? large cars struggle to get into the underground car park.

Location is superb. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms well equipped.

The bed sheets and the pillows could be a bit more comfortable but it was still just fine.

It was just brilliant. The lobby is beautiful, the staff is super nice and speaks a lot of languages fluently. The room was very convenient and had a nice ambience. Especially with the separate bedroom with its own TV. The breakfast was just marvellous.

The atrium where breakfast was served can get crowded with people trying to get breakfast and trying to get to the front desks but wasn't a major issue.

Location was perfect very easy access to the city centre. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
