Very nice apartment. Located very close to the city center with a river view, close to a supermarket and several stores such as media markt and primark. Easy access to the center on foot. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The host is very kind and welcoming, he toured the apartment for us and explained how everything works. I would definitely recommed staying here if you are visiting Groningen!

The apartment was in a walking distance from the train station, in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to the city center. The owner lives next door, so we didn't have any problems with the keys. Mrs. Mollema was polite and gave us a lot of useful information about the city. Everythinhg was clean, and as mentioned on the Booking site, for the esspresso lovers there is an excellent coffee machine. The matresses were comfortable. Groningen is a beautiful northern city, but don't be affraid, this apartment's heating system is easy to work with and in perfect conditon. I paid with credit card, and received my receipt within minutes on my email. If we visit this city again, "Siute aan de A" will definetly be our first choice for accomodation. Thanks a lot, Aysegul!

Quiet in the bedroom, but if you sleep on the sofa in the living room there is quite some noise with people partying in the street and going upstairs.

1. The stiff stairs for the upper deck bedroom. Too stiff for those who have back pain or are aged or small kids. 2. Extra $4 / person some charge without any period information and bill. I don't know whom yo blame? Booking.com to show me the wrong price or I paid extra,.

It's like staying ifn your home with all the facilities. The owner is always ready to help, accommodate, and responsive. She takes care of every small point to make our stay worth enough. It's very near to the city center and the bus stop. By the 7 bus you can easily reach the apartment with the help of the Google map.

The arrangement of the shower room, placed between the living room and the bedroom, makes little sense, toilet room is super small.

The bed was 2 singles, pushed together, but we didn't mind much.

A lovely typical Dutch house, but with modern facilities and furnishings, so very nice and comfortable. Very close to the centre of Groningen, so convenient for everything. Comfortable beds.

There is one thing that needs a significant improvement: the WLAN. There is a plethora of networks form the landlord and others. None of those really worked. Inconsistent and slow. If you intend to work a bit in that flat and you need a WLAN connection, forget it. I kind of managed to get an access to the network of the pub on the opposite bank of the canal.... :-)

The location is perfect. Typical Dutch feeling, on the banks of a canal in the middle of the city, but still very quiet. We could park the car in front of the house. In addition to that , the flat was very clean. The towels werer excellent, the beds very comfy, even the sleeping couch for our teenage son. The Jura coffee machine was filled with fresh beans. The host is a very friendly person and was very responsive to our requests.

it is an old building and there is some general wear and tear. one side of the bed has no good side table which is not handy, especially since we both wear glasses.
