The stairs to room were steep but the staff carried our bags up the stairs for us.

We had a large room overlooking the canal. The bed was very comfortable and it was sunny in the afternoon. The bathroom was modern. Good pressure in the shower.

Not a problem for us but the steep stairs to access the rooms in the property is something traveler must be aware. There is accessibility lift not sure who uses.

The location was absolutely perfect. Very close to all the major attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. Room was a good size and the hotel provided everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be returning in the future!

We did not notice any mention of no elevator/lift in the materials describing the property, which was a bit of a challenge--however, the staff did happily carry our luggage up and down the flights of narrow stair for us

The hotel was welcoming with ample breakfast and very helpful staff. The room was also very nice with comfortable bedding. The hotel's location was close enough to the 'action' yet far enough away to be quiet.

It’s being without elevators. I stayed in room number eight and being a top floor room. It had some disadvantages. First of all, it had no view. Secondly, the loft is kind of airless.

It’s a very nice building. In the very nice neighborhood. Staff is awesome.

We had no issues other than the hot room which the staff was quick to remedy. Be aware that the stairs are very steep to get into the rooms.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. The loft room was clean, quiet and fit a family of 4 comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and a nice way to start the day. We appreciated the quick repair and fix for a broken A/C unit.

The loft in the family room gets very warm and our fan did not work. They did not have a replacement fan.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The location was central and perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

The stairs!!! Couldn't be helped, but boy there were alot! The staff helped carry our bags up, which was greatly appreciated!

Our room was like a fairytale, up the very top of a traditional dutch building. The restaurant down the bottom was delightful and the staff were only happy to accomodate our early arrival, with breakfast in their restaurant.

This was my third stay at 't hotel. I was very very lucky to have a canal room. Slept with the window open... totally still at night. Awakened by seagulls in the morning! I look forward to returning soon.

Stairs, are part of the naturally of the building, but once you had extra glasses of beer, you'll gonna be in an adventure to climbing 4 your room :)) Value for money, exaggerated from my point of view

It got very bright very early in our room (sun up at 400am) Would suggest black out curtains. There were curtains in the room but lots of light came in around them.

Great Hotel Very Friendly Staff Street is quiet but the hotel is very close to all the action. No elevator so would be careful taking Grandma. Bed was very comfy. Room amenities excellent. Would stay again
