No hot water on our second morning and the TV was continually cutting out. We wanted to eat in the restaurant on the first night and were told by reception that it was open until 10 pm, only to be told at 8.30pm when we arrived that they did not take guests after 8pm. We did get a small snack in the bar. however. Also , we were not keen on the bathroom being in the middle of our room with restricted privacy.

Nothing - keep doing a great job!

We had a great experience! The hotel was in a very quiet location, just outside the city, easy to reach by bus (both from the central station and the city centre). Plenty of parking space and also bikes available to rent. We had the biggest suite with even an indoor sauna! The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was really good, it is served at the table and it is a great way to reduce food waste. The students running the hotel were very welcoming and so polite and nice! They helped us get the best out of our booking!

As one can see, loads of money has been spent on designing the room/bathroom, however - the outcome is very bad. The room is black throughout, so if you happen to put a dark coloured piece of clothing somewhere, you won’t be able to find it easily, because the lamps give the light directly in your eyes, not the surfaces. There’s no door (and upper part of the wall) to the bathroom, so there’s very little privacy. The bathroom, being well sized, is not convenient to use - there’s no space for your cosmetics etc., there’s no space to hang your gown(s), no even space to hang your bath towels. The shower head looks very expensive, however - some fixings are missing, so gives cheap feeling. The room, again - being at good size, has no place for your stuff, so you either put your things on the table, or leave them in your bag/case, which should be left somewhere on the floor. The expensive looking black stone tiled floor is partially covered with a cheap floor mat. The black walls/ceilings/beams/floor/light switches/sockets go well with chrome plated hooks and door/window handles, however - they are contrasting with cheap aluminium fittings for a safety glass wall at the window.

Nice and quiet location not too far from the city centre, good sized room, good sized bathroom, good connection to the city centre by local buses.

The student staff at the hotel is extremely attentive and professional. They are friendly and always willing to provide assistance. We got a complete tour of the hotel because of their generosity. Our stay could not have been better.

There could have been more enclosed storage space in the bedroom. The menu did not change over the 4 night stay.

The staff were very keen to please. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was beautiful and very convenient for connections to the motorway network. The room was spacious. English TV in the bedrooms. The food was beatifully cooked and well presented

The room was a bit small, but then again, I didn’t realize that each room was different. The room we had, felt like a college dorm room.

The students were very attentive, welcoming and incredibly friendly. Their willing to make suggestions for local cuisine and sightseeing made our trip so much better.

Open plan toilet, no door between the toilet and the rest of the room. The breakfast was disappointing for the money, would not bother with that again. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed on the Sunday we arrived, didn't notice that when we booked, would have gone elsewhere

Our only disappointment was having only inexperienced summer staff on duty.they were lovely and helpful but just couldn't fully deliver a service such as preparing a sandwich for lunch. we had to UberE a McDonalds, their recommendation, as no facilities were available to order a sandwich other than 24 hour notice.

Now we know what to expect we would book again. Location beautiful. Hotel beautiful. Staff lovely. Room, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast lovely. Peaceful location with a lovely park attached to walk around.

There was no airconditioning in room2, which made it super uncomfortable to sleep in, as it was really hot. Room 8 had airconditioning but the adjustment controller hardly changed the temperature. We also requested a "picnic"/lunch pack. It was quite disappointing as it was all the leftovers from breakfast. Lots of bread, croissants, fruitsalad, cold meat and cheese and juices - I was expecting something a little more creative than breakfast leftovers. Also no utensils/serviettes (plastic utensils would have been fine) Although the bathrooms in the rooms were interesting, I think a little more thought should have been given to the toilet. To use a toilet that is not closed to the rest of the room was not pleasant. Blockout curtains could have also enhanced the experience.

The design of the rooms were quirky and not appealing. We had friends with us too so was able to view three rooms. None of them were easy on the eye. We feel that the decor should have been in keeping with the property.

on your website you say you are 2k from the main square of Maastricht. It's a good ten minute drive not a ten minute walk as we were led to believe

The Netherlands is an expert in design and creativity. A room interior surprises you literally from an entrance door (you understand what I am talking about, when settle in). But it is amazing, with a lot of attention to all details. An additional focus on a great bath furniture.

Needs a teaspoon in the room and it would be good to have a usb socket in the room.

Staff were brilliant and attentive. Breakfast out if this world with great service. We had 4 rooms three had great baths the other a brilliant shower. Thanks to the staff and students for a great stay.

Its a bit of a personal choice , but my allocated room had a tetris design - which was not easy on the eye ( at all)
