A minor downside for a longer stay is that there are no slippers or body moisturizer so bring your own.

The rooms are very atmospheric, beautiful. Lobby and surroundings are absolutely great, design incredible, it's a must stay if aesthetic pleasure is important to you. Staff extremely friendly, overall vibe amazing. Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms - something a coffee fan definitely needs.

The only downside, outside of the hotel's control, there is no vehicular access for taxi pick up. However there is a good tram service a very short walk away. On the upside it means walking in the area is safe and unimpeded.

Staff were exceptional and the hotel was well appointed. Décor was welcoming warm and comfortable. Location was excellent. All in all if we return to Den Haag The Collector will be where we stay without any hesitation.

The only issue I has was getting in and out of the room. The shelving right near the door was a bit awkward and I bumped into almost every time coming and leaving the room.

The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, the breakfast each morning was delicious, fantastic location, and very unique vibe.

The room, the location and absolutely the hospitality of their staff - especially front desk, young and lovely gentleman who just speak Dutch and given all lots tips for local spot truly appreciated Truly appreciated all the effort to make our anniversary visit memorable with such a gorgeous room and enchanting street view - spotting right our favourite kitchenware shop even tough their on minor restoration

The doors of my room did not close fully so I had ro pull hard to close them (alarm went on all the time because of it). The faucet has a separate valve for hot and cold water which I knew from the pictures... but that's just me because I'm not used to it

Lack of reception’s information about the city.

Very good location , very clean , good quality breakfast, on check out they gave me a bag filled with an orange juice, some sweets and crisp. Very friendly staff although they hadn’t enough information about the city sights.overall very good.the hotel is decorated very different and nice.

My husband and I loved this property. The beautiful courtyard location was just lovely. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having a relaxing drink in the lobby and playing one of the many games after a long day of sightseeing. The candy at reception was also a lovely touch.

As in 90% of all hotels that I visited lateley, a couple of lights in my room did not work.

The Collector is conveniently located in the centre of The Hague. The room was spotless and nicely designed. Due to a meeting that I had scheduled in the morning, I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. But overall, the experience was nice and I will definitely come back.

Parking is a bit tricky - you're best off using the Grote Markt carpark and walking from there, but if you have heavy suitcases, or immobility problems, it's worth bearing in mind that you can't pull up to the door to unload luggage.

Quirky but stylish hotel in an excellent location. Staff were very welcoming and I loved the artwork in our room.

Honestly nothing.

The hotel is in the cutest square, and conveniently located near restaurants, bars and shops. This hotel is antique chic, and we had a really nice comfortable room. The staff, breakfast and just literally everything was perfect.

The Taxi that we called came about 150 meters away in the main street. ( Morning at 5 AM )

The staff were very friendly & accommodative. Took the time to explain things very well and responded to calls immediately. Very good location in the center of the city and very good connection to trains & places of interest. The décor of the room was exceptional, subtle and had collectible items.

You can’t drive directly to the hotel as no cars allowed there. Actually it’s more of Pros, it’s just wasn’t clear to me in the beginning.

THE HOTEL IS NOT ACCESSABLE BY CAR DIRECTLY, ITS IN A SQUARE WHICH COULD BE AN ISSUE IF YOU HAVE ANY ACCESSABILITY ISSUES. BUT LESS THAN 500YARDS FROM WHERE THE TAXI DROPPED US.
