Blankets are not washed after every client. A blanket can be used by multiple customers without being washed and I find that hygienically horrible. Mine had stains on it. No soap in the dispensers and toilets were clean only in the morning if you are lucky. Also you provide a free wash in the washing machine but you don’t provide a dryer for the clothes and the only way to dry your clothes out is to put the clothes in a basement dusty room with a machine that “makes some heat” but clothes were all dusty again after drying..

Aesthetically on point. Chilling place perfect. Very beautiful garden and smoking place. Free use of washing machine but no dryer.. All in all I would give a visit again

Room is too small for the number of people. If 4 people want to get dressed at the same time there is simply not enough space to do that. Also, no space to store clothes or even hang a jacket! The sink is at a weird height from the tap, so water tends to spill.

The internet was a bit faulty and the common area is tight, when everybody is having breakfast. It is not directly in the City Center, but you could walk less than 10 minutes to the main bridge.

I was bike-packing through the Netherlands and the staff was very friendly and helpful about it. They offered me a closed space to store the bike overnight and they provided me with towels. Even though I arrived earlier than check-in, I was able to use the amenities. Even though there were 10-12 people sleeping in the dorm, it was relatively quiet. The bunks are like wooden boxes, so you have a good privacy.

None of the toilets have hand soap, literally none. This is the third time I stay here and they never have hand soap in the toilets which is not very hygienic.

The door to the sleeping quarters was very heavy. Every time it closed there was a very loud sound. I slept at the other end of the room (+12 metres away) with earplugs and I would still wake up every time someone used the door. I think a door closer would fix this problem.

The hostel was clean, very beautiful and well organised. Plenty of hang out-space, a cute garden and the bed had a lot of privacy. Kitchen was minimal but did its job. It is not a social hostel at all, but that suited me as I had to work in the evening. Showers were very nice.

A very nice place with pleasant rooms. The only misunderstanding that disappointed me was that all the administrators gave me different information. And when I referred to the words of the previous administrator, I was told that I was wrong. As a result, I feel like I've been gaslighted. So, when I checked in, the machine first stated that I could get free access to the spa, and then charged me 8 euros for it. The administrator said it was a machine error, and if I wanted to go by renting a robe and towel, I could pay an additional 5 euros, as I was mistakenly charged 8. However, when I returned an hour later, the next administrator said I had to pay 9 euros because renting a robe costs an additional 17 euros on top of the entrance fee (which I got for free). Then I decided to clarify this upon check-out and was told that the entrance fee, including rental, is 17 euros, but I'm not entitled to any free entry, so I'm wrong. It's a wonderful place, but if the administrators could coordinate and provide consistent information without misleading guests and making them feel uncomfortable, the quality of service would be greatly improved!

Great location just in the corner from train station and opposite international bus stop. Dormitory room is huge,you have a lot of space and privacy. Wi fi is excellent, clean and safe. Everything around in a walking distance. Highly recommended

The sleeping areas had no attention to detail and were uncomfortable. Bright exit light and a continuously flahing router mounted on the ceiling right in your eyes. Impossible to sleep.

the shared spaces such as the bathrooms were new and in excellent shape for being used by so many people. Overall great design and ambient. If it wasn’t for the snoring in the shared bedrooms the stay would have been excellent. I even enjoyed the bunk bed after getting used to climbing ☺️
