There was a problem with the payments for the breakfast, as the initial payment didn't show up in their system, but my banking records clearly showed that I'd paid for it the preceding evening. In the end, I had to pay twice to be able to check out.

Staff was really helpful, especially because they were dealing with flooding in the city at the time. Rooms were also always properly cleaned and check in was quite smooth.

Grounf floor is a mess because of flooding, but it is not their fault.

The drainage system in the showers and sinks was very poor, this however, could easily be resolved.

The Pods are private, but still, you can hear the noise from outside. And we had really bad luck, since there were a group of friends shouting at 3 am and nobody was saying nothing, and we could beardly sleep. It was pretty worm inside the Pod (no air-condition), and you could feel the close space.

The Hostel looks AMAZING. Really modern and ecological, with many extra facilities. The concept is really good, and everything was clean. There is a lot of open spaces and common areas.

There is no lift so our room was changed from the 3rd floor to the floor 0 where there was extremaly loud - for 2 nights it was not an issue, for longer it could be unbearable

Bath-tub in the room felt a little weird, espacially since everybody in de garden could see in our room if we did not close all of the curtains.

Cleaning of bathrooms needs to be a bit more frequent.

We stayed in a double bed pod which was very comfortable, although for longer stays I would recommend getting a top bed configuration so you can leave window open. We used the kitchen daily for meals and we loved the beautiful garden space and communal areas! Excellent value for money!

It’s a hostel where we got to meet all types of people. We traveled with 2 young kids and we felt very comfortable. The place even have a play section at the restaurant with lots of books and toys. Although the communal kitchen could need some better pots and pans.

The door makes a lot of noise. I cannot sleep during the night because every time people go in and out, they shut the door and it's so noisy. Someone vomit in the toilet, and the washing basin was stuck

This place is a bit like describing a dream "i was in a wes anderson film,set in a Chiang Mai hostel ..but it was in Holland.i kept going through all these doors,trying to find the nice Germans again, there were gardens and pink tiled bathrooms and families and couples in bathrobes...quiet 60s music and a washing machine in the basement..." It's a quirky place with attentive receptionists who deal with everything that comes up in a calm and friendly way. There is less soundproofing than in other hotels but the guests are quieter so it is still pretty quiet. The bed was very low but very comfortable to sleep on. Also there were books in the room :)

The variety of the breakfast was poor, it needs more fruits and type of options of cereals. We stayed for two nights and used the spa but two of the sauna rooms were not working. I think this should be free for passengers as the orange juice. The two days the cleaning stuff was left on the corredor were the showers are. It looks messy and dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect; close to the train station and only 15 walking to Vrijthof, the main Square. The beds are very comfortable.

Just the one hair

For a Hostel it was very clean. I’ve been to other Hostels and this was by far the best of them. Just one hair on the bed, but there are more stupid things in life :’)
