No extras such as shower cap shampoo etc, very few hooks to hang your towels. When we were there there was a pervading smell of perfume or air freshener which we just couldn't get away from.. The pillows were a bit too large and deep and there wasn't a choice.

The hotel was clean and efficient and the mattress was comfortable. The linen was lovely.

Everything was great! Staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel smelt amazing and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade with a view of the city. The place was very modern and absolutely spotless, would definitely stay here again!

My key card seem to stop working everythjng i left the room. It seemed there ws an issue when having two card. I had to go down all the way to reception every time came back so could enter the Room

The kettle wasn't very useful as there were only two small espresso cups and two random flavoured tea bags so not really suitable for making tea. If you drink small cups of coffee, you'll be fine. The lobby felt a bit like walking into a nightclub cloakroom and not really as impressive as it looks on the photos.

We were upgraded to a comfort room rather than an economy room which was really kind and much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable as was the modern bathroom.

Overall a very nice experience from initial arrival at the hotel, to check out, with lots of smiles and assistance from the staff. Since our rooms were not ready due to the extremely early arrival, there was a nice lobby, convenience store on the second floor where I was able to get some work done in a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was quite, very large, with lots of windows - natural light, a comfortable bed, and a roomy shower room. Very good location to move around for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and two metro-RET stations if you need a place to stay if attending a convention at the Ahoy.

However, there was occasionally a sewage smell in the room. It might be a good idea to check and clean the plumbing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, the room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious, almost like a spa. And the view from the room? Absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend it!

room: the design of closet and door to the bathroom is awkward. can better use the entrance hall for hanging jacket / coat etc. quality of the coffee can be improved although the selection of the tea were great. in room slippers would be great

The single beds are a bit small

The hotel location is great, very easy to get to from the central train station, approximately a 15 min walk. There is the main shopping area 1 min from the hotel. The staff were friendly.

Two slow elevators is not enough for a 18-story building. Breakfast is disappointing for a hotel of this quality and price. Breakfast is not included in the price and has to be paid directly via a digital check-out.

No regular tv channels sadly, but we were able to use Apple TV.

The hotel was located fairly close to Rotterdam Centraal station and to other transport links that we needed to use. It was easy to walk to the other attractions that we wanted to visit and had lots of great place s to eat nearby. The room photo didn’t do it justice, it was much bigger than it looked in the photo. The fridge and coffee machine were a great bonus!

I found the location of the hotel handy because it's right in the heart of Rotterdam. The self-checkout food court was extremely convenient with lots of options available at any time of the day. The interior of the hotel felt luxurious and the beds were cozy. I was upgraded to a bigger room with an amazing view on the 17th floor.
