Only coffee in the room, no tea or hot chocolate sachets. Breakfast I didn't see any allergy labelling, which always helps, however lots of cafes walking distance.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Self checkin was easy and simple. The location is approximately 30-40 minutes to walk into central, depending on which side to visit, or you can take a tram.

Our room was mixed up, given a double not a superior, but the hotel manager was a great help in resolving this and did not immensely affect our stay; everything else was brilliant.

Hotel was spotless and very clean, all facilities worked and the staff were very accommodating and lovely.

Very nice room. Mentioned to reception that our sink was not draining, the housekeeper not only fixed the sink but cleaned the bathroom/room and replaced our towels and water which was extremely amazing.

The room was very small and bathroom tiny; I could use the toilet and brush my teeth at the same time if I wanted 😂 for tall people, the space in the bathroom would be difficult to manoeuvre in. The light in there was also very dull, so it was dark. If 2 people were was sharing this room, it would feel even smaller. But it’s city centre, cheap, affordable and comfortable. So these weren’t actual issues, more like slight annoyances for me. There was also a strange bug on the bed in the morning 👀

The reception area was lovely and check-in was super easy! You can check yourself in on the machine or speak to a staff member. The room was decent and as expected, fine for a one night stay/mostly being out of the room. The bad comments are only bad if you plan to stay there longer than a night, maybe 2 or if you will be in the room a lot (I’m sure you won’t be haha). I was just me, so the space wasn’t an issue, for 2 people it would have been annoying.

Having a few drinks in the bar and suddenly a massive group came in. The bartender said he wouldn’t be able to serve us anymore drinks because he said he was snowed under. If you knew this big group event was coming, where’s the extra staff? Apart from that, was a lovely stay and would come back. Highly recommend.

Property is lovely and inside is beautiful also. I would definitely stay again and so would my friends. It’s right near Artis Tram stop so was so easy to get into town. Bathroom is small but still perfect and room was very spacious.

Hotel scammed me for confirming a booking and charged me for an extra room. Still disputing this Had 3 rooms and they were nice but small and basic. Stayed in other hotels that were better value for money but this district was quiet and nice to stay In.

There was an extreme smell of cleaning products in the room, after opening the window for a few minutes it was ok. We prefer arconditioning to a fan. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. Good for one night but not for a long stay.

Nice location, room was very clean. We had a fan, although we prefer airconditioning. We liked the small coffee corner in the room. There was some usefull extra storage room for clothes. A bonus point: we forgot our Tony Chocolonely in the fridge, after a call, the personnel put it aside and we could still pick it up at the reception.

The room easily over heated and we could not open the window. The bathroom has no window or filter, therefore it gets very clammy and uncomfortable if someone has used the shower. The place is not spotless clean, there was dust and stains along the surfaces, walls and carpet. The location is a minimum 25 minute walk to the main centre, and it is a quiet, dark and lonely walk in the later hours - I would not recommend it alone.

It is a gorgeous hotel, very boutique with plenty of room and space. The rooms are open plan, nice lay out with the space so nothing feels too crowded. plenty of storage and places to place things like bags, makeup, perfumes etc. Staff are so kind hearted, helpful and completely happy to assist in any way. Food and drink is nice, a little pricey but reasonable as Amsterdam is quite an expensive city.
