Fantastic room with view on the grote markt. Windows can open (and you hear the noice from the outgoing crowd) but closed you hear absolutely nothing! Superlarge room, water cooker, coffee machine, super nice shower. And the location simply the best. Parking available at 2 min walk in the Forum parking 24 Euros per 24 hours.

Our room facing the center of attraction where there is the biggest pub in Europe. While we can feel the vibe during the day and calmness in the morning, it can be very noisy between 2 - 3 am

Yes, it has exceeded our expectation. We went to this city to visit our Daughter who studied here. Initially tried to find any good and substantial hotel. But this hotel is super awesome. It definitely feels new (opened in 2020) yet the room is very modern and classy at the same time. Very comfy bed. Every corner of this hotel feels new and clean. Our room is facing front to the central of attraction. That was really a bonus. There is also Vis Markt in front of the hotel on every Tuesday so we got a chance to visit it.

The gym is rather small for a big hotel and the rooms, for a four-star hotel, should have a small fridge. The wardrobe could do with a few more hangers and the bathroom could do with a few additional hooks for towels and a gown (which, other than bath slippers, is not supplied but should be for a hotel of this standing).

The hotel is superbly located in the centre of town right on the Grote Markt and next to the Martini Toren and provides great access to shops, restaurants and attractions. The facilities are of a very high standard. The rooms are spacious with beautiful lighting, have a coffee / tea station with a Nespresso machine (with supplies), excellent shower and a novel glass wardrobe, and the Wi-Fi works seamlessly at decent speed. Breakfast is a feast. The Willem Albert Cafe serves excellent coffee, and food. The staff are great.

Probably the only fault in the room was that the wardrobe doors could not fully open and the ability to gain access was thus limited.

Room was spacious - separate toilet, clean and comfortable bed. Location is great, breakfast was good and fresh. People were efficient friendly and quick. Wifi worked! Fast and no breaks.

The location is amazing right in the city centre next to the forum. Spent a long weekend with friends and my brother who has an infant child. The hotel is also very child friendly. Very nice and luxurious bedrooms. Gym and spa in the basement.

Shower drain was 100% blocked. Room flooded. Night manager was very helpful but obviously Housekeeping should have noticed this problem while cleaning the bathroom. Also: plastic mattress cover. Very uncomfortable. Understandable but not in line with quality level of hotel.

I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It’s very well located, close to bars, restaurants, shops and so on. The staff is friendly and willing to support us for a nice and smooth stay. The bedroom was excellent! The bed was comfortable, and the configuration of the room is quite nice, with a view of the main square and city hall. The breakfast was amazing.
