The breakfast was delicious and the location was prima! It was right in the middle of the city so we could walk everywhere once there. We had to drive to the city so we were glad they had private parking.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, yet we had a good sleep.

Very nice hotel in a very centric location. The decoration is very nice and the room was very clean. I like the coffee machine and teas available in the room. The staff was super friendly and ready to help. We stayed during King's Day's weekend and found an orange balloon and postcard in the room. Nice surprise.

I had booked for my parents and also mentioned in the bookig. But I was already in their system, so they welcomed me instead of my parents. She immediately appologized for that when we checked in though.

It misses a space in the lobby to wait for other people or get ready etc. It’s very stretched with the restaurant entrance. Although rooms were very clean (sheets and bathrooms) , some appliances and areas were dusty.

Very minor things but I would've liked larger mugs (with handles) for hot drinks, in the room, and more light in the wardrobe area of the room. And it would have been useful for my partner and I to both have a key card for the room (maybe this was an option, I didn't ask staff about this).

Location was great - quiet but in the centre of things. The bed was amazingly comfy, the room was spotless and felt luxurious, shower was great. Loved having both a coffee machine and a kettle.

If I absolutely must pick something that could be improved, it would be the lack of anti-slip features in the shower.

If your budget allows, The Nox Hotel is an excellent choice. The rooms are truly spectacular! Compared to other hotels in Utrecht city center, The Nox Hotel offers relatively affordable parking fees. Arriving before the 3 pm check-in time allows you to pay based on your parking duration. Front Desk: The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. They provide caring assistance and helpful service. Room: We were pleasantly upgraded to a Large Double Room, and it was absolutely wonderful! Being a boutique hotel, every aspect of the room is well thought out. From the intricacies of the shower set to the spaciousness of the high ceiling and the indulgence of the open bathtub, the room exceeded our expectations. The Nox Hotel distinguishes itself as a boutique hotel that pays attention to detail, even down to handwritten notes for their guests and delightful meals at their restaurant. They provide locally sourced brand diffusers and shower sets, which smell fantastic! Additionally, they surprised us with a complimentary Lush bath bomb – a small but thoughtful gesture. If I find myself visiting Utrecht again, The Nox Hotel will undoubtedly be my top choice.

Nothing! Nothing stood out as a problem or inconvenience.

A short walk through the city from the centraal station to the hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and beautiful room. High ceilings with huge windows. Lots of space, clean and felt rather bougie. Quiet even though we were in the hustle and bustle. The facilities were spotless and the bed was very comfy. Will definitely return when we come back to Utrecht.

Very beautifully designed breakfast, brought to your table. However, very much carb-based, very little fruit. There should be an option for a healthy breakfast, moreso as breakfafst is not a buffet, but a menu (25 €/person).

The waterboiler spills on itself when you poor it and this boiling water lands on yourself if you are not careful. The dusting wasn’t done completely and dust was left on some surfaces.

The rooms are great. It is quiet, the bed is big and comfy and the style is nice. Breakfast is luxurious and very tasty. High ceilings in the large rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly. Oliebollen at the reception 😋

Our view from the room was overlooking the carpark! But that happens, what can you do. There was nothing else we didn't like.

We absolutely loved our room and the hotel, it was so beautiful. Our room especially, it was gorgeous and very quiet at night. We had such a positive experience with the front desk staff, they were delightlful and went above and beyond for us. It was very easy to explore Utrecht by foot from the hotel. We came here for my partners birthday and the hotel did a wonderful job delivering cake and a balloon.

Steep, awkward stairs - challenging for those less mobile. Tea/coffee cups have no handles - burn risk! Didn’t feel the coffee machine and tea selection added value - sachets would have been fine. No sink in toilet - had to move around to other side of the room to access sink - not ideal, especially during the night.
