The staff could be much more friendly and service minded . They just inform you about the check in and not the extra which makes you smile .

The design of the bedroom , the breakfast is superb . Very quiet place- no sound disturbance. Good walking distance to main attractions or public transportation.

Long and hot corridors do take a walk and unfortunately no free parking facilities other than a few blocks down the street. Be sure to check though!

The ceilings are not nice, not even for the industrial style of the hotel. You can not wash hands at the toilet. The shower could be finished a bit better (water does not drain fast enough)

A very nice revival of the old famous building. Great food, a must for every visitor. Very nice rooms. Friendly personnel. Great location.

The room had some unacceptable flaws for a hotel of this category: several plugs did not work, the tap was loose, the light was insufficient in the bathroom area, the wiring of a lamp did not work, the phone did not work... Small details but that are not understandable in such kind of accommodation. Also, the soundproofing when the rain is heavy was not enough. However, almost everything is easily solvable, which is why it is still a fantastic hotel.

A fantastic and charming hotel with really friendly and helpful employees. It is located near the metro and tram lines. In just 15 minutes you can walk to the center and the market area. Totally recommendable.

The hotel has a very nice interior from entrance to the room - everything is well thought and designed. It was one of the first hotels that is truly “dog friendly” and allows to bring the dog to the bar and restaurant. Having the dog staying in the room is often an issue for dog owners, since the dog might bark or “cry” - what annoys other guests. We will be back for sure.

Not enough clothing cupboards. Toilet is without a basin to wash hands. One small elevator with a maximum of two as a protective measure.

The only very small drawback was that the bathroom needed to be aired out a little bit upon our arrival but we loved the hotel and our room regardless

The hotel exceeded our expectations - the room was spacious, clean, and with an exciting view. The bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was wonderful. There was both a shower and a bath. The stuff was welcoming.
