We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe elevator services are a bit restricted or lets say, slow. There was only 1 elevator near the reception catering to a lot of guests living in a specific series of rooms. It was always a 5 minute wait along with 3-4 others to board the elevator. Sometimes we would take the stairs but it wasn't always feasible since the steps were relatively tall/steep too. A lot of the crowd seemed to be coming from/going to the rooftop bar, BOLD. Seemed pretty happening, but we never got the time to go check it out.
The location is great if you don't mind a 10 min walk to the city centre, the rooms felt more spacious than usual due to the tall ceiling design, the rooms were very clean and the facilities were really good both within the room and downstairs common to everyone.

Turkeybest value for the price. We stayed for 3nights and everything was perfect. It is 1,5-2,5 km distance from some touristic landmarks but it is good to take walk in historic streets of maastricht and you can always rent a bike from the hotel ;) and the breakfast was also suprisingly good.
