Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I must start by writing that I looooooove Rotterdam and this hotel was the perfect accommodation. It's right up in the city center, minutes away by walking from Markethall, the Cubic Houses, The Central Train Station, the Erasmus Bridge and so on. The room was very clean and the bed comfy and I loved the vetiver shower gel and hand soap (it's my favourite flavour) :D The staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

SingaporeThe bedding: not sure why, there is no button or zip on the duvet cover, they were not tied together properly, so the duvet slipped out from the cover when I slept, I was covered only by the sheer thin fabric at the end.
Wonderful stay, a city-centric location, and trendy. The lobby and everyone working there are extremely homelike. A lovely co-working, co-living environment with a young vibe. The room is new, well, and conveniently decorated, modern, and efficient. The hotel's overarching concept prioritizes sustainability without compromising on comfort. The food is delicious, staff is so helpful.

BelgiumReally, really, really nothing to report here. Maybe the lack of a smoking area for those who need that kind of thing?
The huge lounge-area with tables, chairs, sofas, relax pods, meeting or game-tables, ping pong table... is the best card of "The Usual". Together with the amazingly friendly staff. They're new at some things, but their enthusiasm and friendly, comforting, helping attitude really gives a "coming home" vibe to the hotel. Everything is brand new and the quality of the materials, used in the renovation, is really exceptional. The whole area is open, spacious, warm, clean, inviting and above all relaxing. And the rooms, bathrooms, showers... All are very clean and probably easy to keep like that due to the quality of the materials and well -thought design and concept.

BrazilThe acoustic isolation from the windows is not the best. Since the building faces a busy avenue, nights can get a bit noisy.

NetherlandsThe routine amenities such as a gym or a business office were not there. And some elevators didn’t work at all. and no information about that but I understand of course why not when I’m traveling I look for the gym and the place to eat.
The hotel was three days old and I thought that it was well designed and well decorated and I felt that Stuff were well trained already. They were living on the job, of course but the hotel felt really put together even three days in so I have a lot of optimism about how it does this summer. congratulations!

United StatesThere were a few kinks since the hotel is so new. However, the staff did an excellent job trying to mitigate them and provide great service. Booking.com says they have laundry services, but they do not.
Since the hotel was so new, we got upgraded to a suite! The amenities were great. Staff were so nice and helpful. Location was excellent ‐ very close to transportation and restaurants.
