The pool air temperature was a little low, 1 or 2 degrie more would help, but the water temperature was exellent. I missed the manual from pelet stove, therefore I couldnt adjuste a timer on it. I had to switch it off during the night therefore the nights and mornings were cold as we didnt want to run it all night long.

I haevnt had a long stay but during this period more less everithing was fine. The reception staff (LINDA) was very friendly and helpfull, I liked her positive attitude. The pelet service was quick as we run out of it. The pool we visit was good.

The cabine is very very simple. A bit like youth hostel.

We like the family activity, laser and bow training. The sport bar and the bowling was very nice The Reatutrant had really nice food

Wifi was paid, for addition data. Long waiting times for food at Bowling. (Sports cafe was understaffed Mon/Tues). Pool was a touch on the cool side, but not too crowded.

Clip n climb was well arranged. We enjoyed the pumpkin carving activity. Light show was a nice addition. Easy bike rental. Pleasant walking routes. Good local shop (Spar). House was nicely warmed by the pellet burner, which gave a cozy feel.

i am very disappointed. in booking we booked for 9 persons and we wanted to be close to eachother. I payed for Bungalow and Challet and nany times mentioned how many persons we are. unfortunately, after our arrival we saw it is just two challet for 8 persons. We had difficulties to sleep every night. However we paid for Bungalow too but booking does not considered in which area they are located. one was area B and another C. Reception was close in the night and we did not have enough Pillow

Mr.Thom in Reception was very helpful and kind. in General it is a nice place for Family trip.

Bathroom below basic standards. Small bedroom. No WiFi (hey!! It's 2022. Not 2002!) Suitable for families. For us, as a stopover location on our way to the north, it was a place where we could rest for the night and that goal was achieved

The bed we see the bed that is not clean, i see a lot of hair in my duvet and my kids bed i need to clean it before i set the cover up.

I had to make the beds by myself. It was my First experience and the very bad one. Bed sheets were kept on the bed to be made. Room was clean but the floor needs some good cleaning. I couldn't find anything good for the kids. Just the standard playing area. Nothing special. There are Not many options to eat out. Water kettle was dirty. Invest in new one. Toilet paper was so thin that i would bring my own the next time. It took couple of hours to heat up the house when we came.

Receptionist was so welcoming that i was amazed to see someone like that in this era. Location was great, being away from the city is very nice. Openness.

I loved that in the fall, it was very quiet. There were less kids and families there, and I was able to enjoy more solitude. The pool was often empty, which was really nice!

The pool was very basic and very far from the restaurants/cafes. That could be great if a small cafeteria and fire place could be nearer to have a short break. If there could be some slides around the indoor pool , would be better for the kids. The pool was also a little bit cold. The bungalow was very nice however was too dark, that could be great to have more wider windows having more daily light

The camping place is very nice and there are lots of activities. Restaurant and the fire place was amazing. Kids loved the ice cream with a little surprise at the bottom of the cup.

Swimming pool could use some visual updates

Very kind personnel and entertainment team. Really taking all the time for the kids even outside the scheduled events. The facilities seem a bit outdated at first sight, but the park is quite relaxed how people use the facilities eg diving in the swimming pool, kids running around everywhere which makes it a naturally managed park. A relief compared to parks which impose many rules :) We also recommend the restaurant on the park, really high quality steaks!

The place is good, but you will meet some racist people. If you don't have yellow hair and pale white skin, you won't get friendly treatment. After we made a reservation on the basis that this place allows dogs, they sent us an email stating that we are not allowed to take our dog. We asked for our money back and we waited for more than a week, but we did not get a refund. We put our poor dog in a hotel and went, but we were not happy because of this, and our dog also got sick Because of our absence, The place was full of dogs, but our poor puppy spent the New Year’s holiday sad, alone. We had to leave before our reservation expired. It was the worst vacation we ever had.

The decorations of the restaurant...the bar...the food and drinks are delicious...the supermarket is cute and makes delicious baked goods
