Perfect location, friendly and cooperative staff. The concept of the shared large living room next to the reception with a self service bar and board games etc works very well. Bit tight bathroom and bedroom and only for those who can walk up a couple of stairs with your luggage. Decently priced car parking, with one charging station for electric cars. Locked bike parking too.

room was absolutely beautiful! super comfortable, clean, and cozy. definitely recommend if looking for somewhere to stay. couldn't sleep and was able to connect to my Netflix account and watch a movie. the shower room was spacious, patio had furniture & an ashtray ( if needed). bar area was nice to relax, coffee and drinks available. fantastic place to stay, thank you!

Really well run with friendly helpful staff. The room was a lovely size with a large comfy bed with lovely pillows & bedding. Lovely clean bathroom with spacious shower. Hotel has parking too at a reasonable rate. You have free Tea, coffee, lattes, cappuccino’s in reception area with lovely sofas to relax. They also provide breakfast if you want it for a local charge. The location is excellent only few mins walk to restaurant & bars. We will definitely be back next year.

Lovely friendly hotel, staff very friendly and excellent facilities. Free tea and coffee in the kitchen area also had a small well stocked honesty bar. Bedrooms beautiful decor with air con and heating. Great location just around the corner from the main streets of the town. Breakfast was beautifully presented .

The location is perfect, the hotel is a minute walk from the city centre. The check-in process was quick and they have offered a paid parking spot located next door, which was perfect for us. The room has a coffee machine with capsules, nice size TV, it was very clean and we found the size quite big compared to some other hotels. We strongly recommend to take the breakfast there!

People from upstairs were very noisy after 00:00 ignoring the personnel notification to be quiet upstairs after 22:00. 3 nights and 1 morning we were awake cause them

Only one thing to lpoint out is this hotel would not be suitable for physically challenged guests as the staircases are steep and narrow..

The hotel is a friendly family run business. I would have no hesitation in returning and plan to do so again. Free tea coffee clean rooms and a great location.

The room was not overly large, but adequate with a nice little patio. However, to make up for the smallish room there was a wonderful room upstairs with coffee, tea and biscuits. An honesty bar and lots of games. Comfortable chairs and a great place to hang out.

It would have been great if there would have been a small refridgerator in the room.

The people were really very friendly and helpful and there is a room where they have free coffee and tea. We had a room with a large balcony, which was nice. The kids enjoyed the courtesy chips.

if we had known the small bedroom was on the third floor with no lift facilities we would have booked a different room, the stairs were very difficult to get up as it was a small and winding staircase , my husband has asthma and a metal knee , he really struggled , so anyone with these type of conditions it’s definitely no good , you need to be on the bottom floor or floor 1

This place is gorgeous! It’s such a quaint little boutique hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were over to see the Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht, this hotel is around 15 mins from there. The location is perfect, you walk out and turn right onto a street with restaurants lining both sides, there’s a square with restaurants around it and a few shops to pick up some essentials. There are also plenty of sights to see within walking distance including the castle which is right opposite. We flew into Amsterdam airport and got the train to Maastricht which took around 2hrs and cost €27. We used Uber while we were there for taxis which cost around €35 from Maastricht to the hotel, it’s not cheap but convenient I’m not sure if the local taxis would be cheaper. We also got the bus into Maastricht which took around 30 mins and cost roughly €8 I think. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and polite, there is free wifi and free hot drinks and water. The kitchen area also has snacks and alcoholic drinks and you just wrote what you’ve had on a bill then settle up when you leave. We didn’t prebook breakfast but ended up having it every day as it was lovely I’d definitely recommend trying it as it’s good value for what you pay, I think it was around €15. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, we had fresh towels every day and the air con was a welcome relief as it was hot when we were there. All in all we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend.
