We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWhether the location is good very much depends on your needs. It is close to the motorway and the Veenendaal de Klomp railway station and that's great if you have to be in the area (like I was) or are passing through by car and want to spend a night before continuing your travels. However, there's nothing much else of interest in the direct vicinity, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a holiday.
I had to be in Ede early in the morning, for an event and decided to spend a night nearby. The breakfast was good, with ample choices. Just after I arrived, I also had dinner in the restaurant and this was pretty good too. The staff were all very friendly and I had a comfortable room, with a large and luxurious bath.

SwitzerlandIt was quite strange not having bottled drinking water in the room every day. The staff told it was a welcome gift only:=) Strange statement for 4 stars hotel. It seems to be "micky mouse" complain, but out of small pieces final picture is maintained.

PeruI personally do not enjoy of the open bathroom concept, but I got used to it. We also found a big spider during the night and no one could help us since it was late :(. Gladly when we woke up the spider was gone.
Hotel room was really big, bed was comfortable and the service was really really great! As we went with our baby we ordered breakfast and meals to the room and everything was perfect!

GermanyI didn't like how the food was priced, yet the quality didn't match. The food barely to no flavor in the food. If the hotel wants to charge the prices they do for the food. The food needs to match the flavor, portion size, and quality worth of the price. For example, I went to a restaurant with my partner the next day and there the food was half the price as the hotel, but the amount, flavor and quality was by far superior to the hotel's food. This other restaurants food was definitely 5 star quality. The room doors need to be more soundproof. You can easily hear conversations being had in the hallways, which mean they can hear what's going on in the rooms.
I loved how parking is free on-site. The workers were extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is really convenient as well.

Room great size. Comfy beds. Lovely outlook. Very quiet and relaxing. Bathroom facilities really well appointed, especially for people sharing a room. Hotel is well located near Veenendaal de Klomp station for people using public transport. This meant we did not have to hire a car for a nearby business meeting.

United KingdomLocation. Hotel should consider adding a shuttle to/from Veenendaal de Klomp train station. We tried to get a taxi on Sunday and it wasn’t possible. So ended up having to walk to the hotel in 31 degree heat. If an on-demand shuttle can be arranged, this would beneficial. I also think a transfer option of a shuttle into the center of Veenendaal would be good. This will the town more accessible as the hotel is very far from this.
