    The location is far away from the city centre. Even while travelling for work, I enjoy going to the centre and having the opportunity to get to know the place I am visiting, see local places and lifestyle. It was not easy to just go outside to walk around the city as the hotel is placed next to the highway.

    The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was always attentive and helpful. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was spacious and comfy.

    It was a shame the restaurants were closed, but I understand the hotel was adhering to local COVID restrictions.

    Great room in the new wing. Fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff. It's my go-to hotel in Venlo.

    We love the plush pillows and breathable bed linens, the design of the room. Room service very prompt - the food was brought to the room very quickly and we really appreciated. Furthermore, the food was excellent.

    Very good quality rooms.

    nothing, everything was perfect!

    room was beautiful and practical with plugs where needed to charge all equipment. Bed was really comfortable. The breakfast room is just splendid! with plenty choice and service with attention, personnel walking around and making sure we find everything we need.

    There was no bathrobe or slippers The Toilet and the sink were in two different places and the shower and the bathtub has no door

    expensive breakfast for the normal eu prices some stuff are missing in the room i.e. sleepers when you ask some thing reception remind you 3 times that this costs you and you need to come down to the reception and pay!!! ( bit cheap reaction in this class)

    I booked a room with separated beds. I was travelling with my 22 years old son and I also sent it as a comment for the hotel, that it is highly important for me to get separated beds. They wrote me it was fine. Some days later they sent me a message, that I can upgrade the booking to get a room in the new wing of the hotel for a really little more money. I accepted the upgrade. When we checked in and entered the room, we found ourselves in a double-bad room, with an open bathroom. We got back to the reception and claimed that I was specifically asking for separated beds and also explained why, the answer was, that they don't have such rooms in the new wings. So why to offer it for me??? They paid back the price of the upgrade and then we went to the old wing, where the two separate beds were set as a double bed, which you could not separate due to the built in night stands. We literally had to rearrange all the furniture to be able to sleep separately. It would have been better if we are informed in advance, that there is no opportunity for separated beds.

    The hotel is really nice, the bar and the breakfast is great. The staff at the bar is really lovely, and the atmosphere is cozy. For breakfast the is a huge selection you can pick from.

    The accusation of having not paid a bar tab (2 drinks) the previous night when I had been provided with a receipt.

    the wind coming through the air con vent kept us up for quite a while during the night

    the reception and bar area are newly refurbished and absolutely amazing, the bar was lovely and cozy staying over for the new year. the staff were very helpful in ordering a taxi for me to go to a client site for my work and the bar staff prepared some great food at last orders since we didn’t realise all the restaurants close in Venlo on nye! all in all very accommodating

    Front key. Restaurant: much to large and a lot of noice. Service was not really to the point, fast or not present during a long time

    The room was perfect. clean logic and nice decorated issues with the key (needed to walk 4 time to the front desk!

    The staff hardly noticed our arrival. They were unengaged in meeting us.

    Unluckily i had a room in the old building, the room and interior was quite old and not very nice. But the new building is really nice and completely new.
